Last time I’ll ever try to take my car to this shop. I booked what should have been a simple oil change and tire rotation after seeing the good reviews in Powell. They kept my car all day, then contacted me five minutes before closing to tell me they wouldn’t change the oil because they believed I needed a $900 oil…
Once again Oxford did a thorough assessment of my vehicle when I brought it in for an oil change. The complete diagnostics revealed a few minor issues with my vehicle. I had them take care of a few and am going to have them do the remainder in a few weeks. Once again great service from great people!

Oxford misdiagnosed a leaking axel as a leaking brake, recommended unnecessary repairs, and quoted twice as much as it should have cost. The staff are friendly, and the facility is nice, but now I know how they pay for those things.
Service‑wise, everything was good. However, I dropped off my car in the morning when the store opened and received it only near closing time. I was told it would be ready by noon, then by 4 PM, but it still wasn’t done. I waited in the store for another 30 minutes before it was finally delivered
I took my 2002 Lexus SC430 to Oxford Automotive for service and was very happy with everything. The people are very friendly and personable and the waiting area is large with coffee service. I will return to have the recommended additional service performed. I highly recommend the place.

I recently had my 2017 Lexus RX 350 serviced at Oxford automotive in Powell. Nate was very professional and pleasant to work with, and they provide detailed descriptions of what service was needed including photos. I would highly recommend them!
