Got me in right away, identified the problem and fixed it!
Got new brakes and tires. Nate was super communicative and clear. Love the photo assessments of the vehicle and full scan they do. They also had a courtesy vehicle I was able to drive during repair! Then they gave out flowers at pickup! Above and beyond what I’ve experienced in my life so far with shops!

Nate and the team evaluated a used car I was considering purchasing from a dealer. His demeanor, especially patience, immediately put me at ease and instilled confidence. My car was acting odd. Not clear why several electrical issues were happening, finally I needed a "jump" to get it started. Oxford did a diagnostic and identified a weak/dead battery cell was at the heart of my issues. Replaced the battery and all is well.
