This place was suggested to me by a friend, so far the experiance has been great, i was working with Nate who is the service coordinator, he truly is exceptional, friendly and very polite, tries to undertand all the concerns and gets them taken care. Also one main thing i have noticed here is they send you a…
Got me in right away, identified the problem and fixed it!
Got new brakes and tires. Nate was super communicative and clear. Love the photo assessments of the vehicle and full scan they do. They also had a courtesy vehicle I was able to drive during repair! Then they gave out flowers at pickup! Above and beyond what I’ve experienced in my life so far with shops!
BMW 430i
To say they helped us and were anything but amazing with customer service would be a complete understatement. We were visiting Ohio from Chicago when we noticed a weird vibration/shimmy in our car the day before we were supposed to head home. We had a 6+ hour drive ahead of us, and we decided the most logical and…
Oxford consistently provides great customer service and quality work for my car. It was easy to schedule an appointment on their website, and the turnaround time for my car was super quick. Thank you, Oxford!
They have have not faltered in the service as long as I've been going to them.
Neue Reifen auf meinem Tesla Model 3. Die Ausrichtung wurde als Teil des Services gemacht. Alles lief gut. Die Kommunikation mit der Werkstatt war super.
Very good service. Explained everything and answered any questions I had. Only reason that I’m giving a 4/5 star rating is simply due to communication when something is taking a lot longer than expected and that wasn’t communicated to me.
Joe and Gabby are always a pleasure to deal with. Reasonable prices and top notch work. I highly recommend Oxford Powell.
Nate and the team evaluated a used car I was considering purchasing from a dealer. His demeanor, especially patience, immediately put me at ease and instilled confidence. The evaluation prompted numerous questions from me, all of which he clearly answered. I will certainly return to Oxford in Powell for any future service.
I brought my car in for a quick tire repair, a screw caused a slow leak in my front passenger tire. The slow leak allowed me to top off the air in the tire and drop it off overnight so Oxford could look at it in the morning. At no time was the tire driven flat or even low. The tech entered the car at 8:30 and…
My car was acting odd. Not clear why several electrical issues were happening, finally I needed a "jump" to get it started. Oxford did a diagnostic and identified a weak/dead battery cell was at the heart of my issues. Replaced the battery and all is well.
They always do a great job at Oxford. Very professional, great communicators, and a convenient process to get my BMW in and out of service to work with my schedule.
Recently got my tires done here. Great price and fast service!
I cannot speak highly enough of Oxford Automotive - Powell location. The team who I spoke with, both Gabby and Joe, were warm and very informative to speak with both in person and on the phone. The inspection report they provide is very thorough and includes pictures of all parts of the vehicle that were inspected.…
Tire problems quickly resolved without and appointment.
Joe was very professional, explained my options and got me a great set of tires at a fair price. My car was turned around quickly and the whole process of working with Oxford Automotive was painless. I am however disappointed that two of my black powder coated rims were damaged during installation. One of the…
Had a great experience here getting an oil change and alignment. Amazing hospitality, with a nice waiting room. The service is also quality and fairly priced. I appreciated the transparency during the service and helpful explanations which is always great! I definitely recommend !!
Excellent service
Communication was top notch, no fuss quick and easy quote, drop off was quick and the staff were pleasant. Would 100% recommend. This is from a guy that typically does the work myself. This is my go to shop when the pros are needed.
I would like to thank Joe and Tim for their help on Wednesday and Thursday. Also my mechanic Adam. I appreciate their work and friendly attitude. What started as a new battery turned in to more, things I knew about but was putting them off til I got home from a trip. Ended up with battery, cabin filter and 4 new…
Friendly, experienced and they go above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience.
Good timely service and courteous staff.
Tim did a great job getting my car with flat tire the same day and fixed it promptly. I appreciate the team always looks to see if it can be repaired versus replacing. The service team is awesome
Tim and Jim were absolutely fantastic with their communication and in-depth photos and explanations regarding my vehicle repairs. I will continue using Oxford for all of our future repairs and maintenance work. Highly recommend!
I recently took my car to Oxford Automotive for an oil change and tire rotation. They were professional, courteous, and accommodating. A complete vehicle inspection was performed as well. Their fees were reasonable, they got the job done on time, and contacted me a couple of days later to be sure everything was…
Great service, fair prices, and honest staff. Oxford providing a loaner car during service or giving me a rid back home has been a game changer for me.
Very knowledgeable and professional service! Trust them with the care and handling of ALL of our vehicles!
Great job and it came in under the estimate! I really appreciate your service
This was my third trip to Oxford Automotive. Each visit was for an entirely different reason from a basic oil change to a serious mechanical problem. All were treated with interest , care , concern and professionalism along with a clear explanation of what is going on, their recommendation along with an important…
All was great at Oxford Automotive in Powell. Oil change & tire rotation was completed quickly. Thanks to Oxford!
Great service, beautiful building and most of all awesome employees thank you for a great experience
We had a wonderful experience with Max at the Powell location. We went in for an oil change and was informed of a safety issue with my tires. They were able to get new tires on at a competitive price the same day. They also offered a loaner car. We will definitely be back.
Absolutely the best shop in the area. They are always super responsive to requests and give you a full detailed report on things that need to be fixed immediately or eventually. They have worked on our Toyota Corolla, Honda Fit, Ram ProMaster City, and now our Chevrolet Express. If you're looking for a shop that does customer service right - this is it.
I was in real soup when one of my tires had a leak and I needed to get it fixed the same day to make it to my work next day. I was calling in random orders to shops in the closest vicinity around 3 pm to have the tire fixed somehow. It was after call to 4 other different shops all of whom said that cannot get to my…
I went to Oxford Auto for my first time due to all of the great reviews online, and I was not disappointed! Their services are AMAZING, and my car is driving better than it was before. I am definitely going to take my car to Oxford Auto for any additional maintenance or repairs. I highly recommend!
I took my Lexus to Oxford for a 120K mile check up. They made the necessary repairs but a day after I brought my car home, I started shaking if I drove over 25 mph. I let Oxford know and they immediately drove a rental car to my home and had a tow truck haul my Lexus back to their shop. They kept it a few days to…
This is about the 4th time I used Oxford. They are very customer oriented, honest and competitive in pricing. If you are looking for an excellent auto service… Oxford gets my vote!!!
Extremely clean shop with very helpful staff. I came in for an alignment & to have some tires mounted on an extra set of wheels I had. The services were preformed well above my expectations. I cannot recommend Oxford enough!
