This place was suggested to me by a friend, so far the experiance has been great, i was working with Nate who is the service coordinator, he truly is exceptional, friendly and very polite, tries to undertand all the concerns and gets them taken care. Also one main thing i have noticed here is they send you a…
Premium service. This place was chosen by my late husband. Estimate was quick and repairs made the same day of approving. Joe understood my current financial situation and offered options. The personal touch was invaluable in this hard time for my family. I recommend Oxford no doubt!
To say they helped us and were anything but amazing with customer service would be a complete understatement. We were visiting Ohio from Chicago when we noticed a weird vibration/shimmy in our car the day before we were supposed to head home. We had a 6+ hour drive ahead of us, and we decided the most logical and…
Great service & communication!
Took my son’s VW Jetta to be checked out before he headed to college. They were very honest and came back with only an oil change. They always seem to have coupons to make the services reasonable.
My son threw rod in his old car. But I had no idea what had happened when he broke down. I took it to Oxford, they diagnosed everything and gave me an estimate. We ended up Junk in the car, but Oxford was great about the process. The people you deal with are very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating.
My experience at Oxford Automotive was excellent. The customer service is outstanding from the moment you arrive. They use state-of-the-art technology to inspect your vehicle and perform a very thorough inspection, explaining everything clearly along the way. It gave me great confidence knowing that every part of my…
Came here to get my wheel bearings and knuckle fixed and had the best service I ever received from an automotive company everyone was super nice and very thorough with everything especially Nate who is the manager I think 10/10
Staff and service are top notch!
Neue Reifen auf meinem Tesla Model 3. Die Ausrichtung wurde als Teil des Services gemacht. Alles lief gut. Die Kommunikation mit der Werkstatt war super.
The whole team at Oxford was terrific! I am always worried where I take my car because I have always had bad luck at Midas, Grismer, and even the dealerships. When it comes to owning a European you want to take care of your vehicle. I was a first time customer and my Jetta was about to hit 100K pretty soon, and…
Oxford misdiagnosed a leaking axel as a leaking brake, recommended unnecessary repairs, and quoted twice as much as it should have cost. The staff are friendly, and the facility is nice, but now I know how they pay for those things.
Joe and Gabby are always a pleasure to deal with. Reasonable prices and top notch work. I highly recommend Oxford Powell.
Nate and the team evaluated a used car I was considering purchasing from a dealer. His demeanor, especially patience, immediately put me at ease and instilled confidence. The evaluation prompted numerous questions from me, all of which he clearly answered. I will certainly return to Oxford in Powell for any future service.
Everyone was kind and informative. Thank you!
My car was acting odd. Not clear why several electrical issues were happening, finally I needed a "jump" to get it started. Oxford did a diagnostic and identified a weak/dead battery cell was at the heart of my issues. Replaced the battery and all is well.
Used Oxford Automotive for the first time on my SLK 350 Mercedes and was really impressed with their thoroughness. They provided a full inspection report with photos and detail so I could make an informed decision on some repair items. The staff were friendly and efficient and their use of on line technology for…

I recently had my 2017 Lexus RX 350 serviced at Oxford automotive in Powell. Nate was very professional and pleasant to work with, and they provide detailed descriptions of what service was needed including photos. I would highly recommend them!
They always do a great job at Oxford. Very professional, great communicators, and a convenient process to get my BMW in and out of service to work with my schedule.
My check light came on while I was driving to work so the car stopped pulling. I managed to auto zone and diagnosed shows that my fuel sensor is not working. I quickly checked online and found Oxford automobile service. I called them and the reception was quite good so drove my 2020 Mercedes GLC 300 to the shop.…
I cannot speak highly enough of Oxford Automotive - Powell location. The team who I spoke with, both Gabby and Joe, were warm and very informative to speak with both in person and on the phone. The inspection report they provide is very thorough and includes pictures of all parts of the vehicle that were inspected.…
I continue to be impressed with the friendly service + attention to detail at Oxford Automotive. Because I didn't wait for my car in the (very comfortable) waiting room, they sent me photos of the bumper-to-bumper inspection with a thorough explanation of the process + results. The transparency is best in class.

Just had my 2018 Audi S5 Cabriolet serviced at Oxford automotive. They were able to accommodate me on the same day that I called. They quoted me a one hour wait and they were exactly on time. They saved me from spending $1,600 of work that the dealership recommended. I appreciate how they have you come back to look at your car and show you any wear and tear and give you honest recommendations.
Called Oxford for an emergency tow and diagnostic for my car. They were pleasant and prompt and were able to enlighten me on what was going on with my vintage automobile. I highly recommend them.
My car was brought to the westerville location, $500 just to look over everything that the previous mechanic had done. It ended up needing to be sent to their Powell location ($3000 to this first one)..next location, it was there for months. We never complained, never rushed, just would call to check in from time to…
Great service for affordable price
Experienced polite, prompt attention at write up. I waited while service was done and it was completed in a timely manner. The waiting area is clea and bright with lots of amenities. Very pleasant experience
Friendly staff, service was done sooner than expected, and they informed me of additional services that were due for my car, but weren’t pushy about making me commit to having them done immediately I will definitely return there for future service!
Ben is the best. I trust his info and guidance. He goes above and beyond to ensure I get good information on my car…even for things his shop may not do for me!
Jeff and the team over at Oxford Automotive are awesome. The communication between phone calls emails and text messages is top notch. Services fast and efficient, and done with the utmost quality that is lacking today within the automotive repair world. As the costs for everything have astronomically increased,…
First time coming to this place, I had high hopes but it was just a very below average experience. They got greasy finger print marks on the door sill, center console, steering wheel and hood as I keep my cars very clean and detailed. They forgot my wheel locks and I had to drive back to the place when I noticed it…
Very good experience.
So glad my mom referred me to this location. I recently had to take my car (ford) in due to some complications. Regina was great squeezed me in last minute and was so kind. Some of the best customer service I had for a while. We all know how hard that is to come by. I will definitely be returning for all of my vehicle related issues!

They were timely with my tune ups and were very helpful in making right decisions on any upgraded batteries I was looking at. They were honest and never tried to upsell me on any options. Definitely will continue my business with this team!
