Eric did an OUTSTANDING job on my carpet. Truly he did. I was astonished. The whole place looked and smelled EXTREMELY FRESH. My dog had this place smelling AWEFUL. I HATED IT. Eric came in,accessed the place, go right to work.
I had Mike C. clean carpeted areas. He was extremely thorough and worked very hard. He removed pet stains and cleaned the carpeted rooms so well that the carpeting looks new. The smell was very clean and fresh and I cannot say enough about this method. So much better than steam cleaning. Mike was very professional…
I hired Oxi Fresh to clean my upstairs carpets as well as my kitchen tile. Rachael C. was on time, professional and pleasant to work with. She was accommodating of specific requests, and was careful to protect my hardwood floors when cleaning the tile in my kitchen. I would use Oxi Fresh again.
Tabitha did an awesome job and my wife can't stop raving about the carpets. We were considering new carpet for the entire upstairs, but decided to see what effect a professional cleaning cold have. So glad we did! The whole second floor looks great, and you can't beat the price. Tabitha did four rooms, two…
Brandon was on time and did a thorough job-exceptionally professional!
Oxi Fresh always is professional, doesn’t upsell, and they do a great job getting our aging carpet looking nice again. Rachel K did a terrific job on our carpet, heavily trafficked areas, and our stairs. Thanks Rachel!
Michelle was awesome!!! On time and got all the stains out!! We love her!!!
Brandon did a great job. He arrived on time and wore his mask throughout the job. He answered questions clearly and made suggestions without trying to upsell. My carpet looks great, despite its age and my little dog's efforts. I will be calling OxiFresh again and requesting Brandon.
Everything looks and smells brand new, as if we just had the contractor come and remodel and Decorate the house, The experience technician Michelle was amazing, Keep up the good work.
Brandin did a fantastic job! Thanks
Michelle was friendly & on time. Carpets look much better. I would give 5 stars but in these Covid times I feel she should have been wearing a mask and the vacuuming of the area rug was rushed & pushed alot of dirt onto the hardwood floor...an attachment should be on the hose to vacuum. And I only wanted a price for…
Excellent service. Rachel K did a wonderful job
I have used this company twice now and have been completely satisfied with both visits. They had sent Nicole over on both occasions. Nicole was incredibly professional, kind, and knowledgeable. My rugs and carpet look great and no longer have pet stains or smell of urine. Thanks so much for taking care of us!
The service was very good. Its fresh, clean and professional. I wonder why I didn't know these guys till date. On return they gave 25$ gift card for next service.
