I moved into a brand new apartment and wanted my carpets sanitized before my baby’s arrival. The cleaner showed up on time and called 40 minutes prior to his arrival time and took care of everything. Took about an hour and a half total. I can rest now knowing everything is germ free and sanitized.
Their process is fast and thorough! It leaves carpets looking brand new each time!
We had a family gathering and our dog got sick and had huge accidents days before the event. We called and spoke to Jacob the owner and he squeezed us in THAT DAY! His team did an amazing job and our guests were none the wiser! 15/10 would recommend!
Brandon did an excellent job of explaining the cleaning process, including drying time. He was on-time for the appt (actually a few mins early) and finished within the proposed timeframe. He was professional, knowledgeable, and did an overall great job! I would highly recommend this company and specially, Brandon.
The company was very responsive from my first inquiry and even followed up when I got distracted and forgot to confirm my appointment. My technician Brandon called me 30 minutes before arrival to confirm again. He arrived promptly and was very professional. He took his time and did an amazing job.
