Called OZONE late Friday night and had Andrew out by 8am Saturday. He diagnosed the failed starting component quickly, had the part on the truck, and had the system running and verified cold before he left. On time, no upselling on a old unit, one-year warranty on the repair. Exactly what you want from a service call. Highly recommend.

This involved an in-depth troubleshooting of the HVAC package unit on the flat roof. Fingers crossed that the assessment of the malfunctioning circuit board was spot on. I will receive the repair estimate and a review of the work quality shortly.
