Called about our heater not blowing hot/warm air, and Andrew came as expected. He quickly tweaked a few settings on our furnace and left us with a lovely heated home. He did not charge us at all for the service. I cannot believe how honest and trustworthy OZONE is. They seriously win for best customer service ever.

Furnace repair. Extremely satisfied! I texted the owner on Sunday, technician sent out on Monday and fixed my gas leak on spot. Cost effective and more importantly extremely time efficient resolution. Would recommend 100% and I personally would use their service onwards.
