Update: they have trouble following up with city to finalize the permit. The permit is still not finaled after 6 months. We just had them replace our duct and add Gree AC heat pump in San Mateo. Happened to have a factory-defective TXV in the beginning but they acted fast to replace a new one. You’ll know why they…
Konstantine and Paul (and one other) were excellent. Price as the best among 5 quotes. Professional. Replaced our 3.5 ton carrier gas+AC with a daikin 3.5 ton heat pump in 2 days (all to code with permits, inspectors pending).
Great experience working with Ozone.
After years of reading about the virtues of heat pumps and heat pump water heaters, I could never get past the thought that I’d be trading an enormous gas bill for an equally ginormous electric bill, on top of the cost of installing the new $y$tem. Then I read an article about a Bay Area company called Harvest,…
Can I give 10 stars?! Ozone has been the best service I've received in the US for any category - such a stellar team! I wanted to get my gas furnace replaced by a heat pump. Apparently there are more than 500 vendors in the Bay Area, and it is very difficult to compare. I got an home assessment done by 6 vendors,…
Got a new heat pump HVAC with them. Very competitive pricing. They did a fantastic job, and were very good at helping me understand and evaluate my options. Quick at responding, helped me with my questions post installation as well. They wrapped up the whole thing in little over a day. I highly recommend them.
Alex and Rustam have done a great job installing the AC at our home, work is very detailed and nicely done.
We recently had HVAC installed by Ozone, professional service and friendly people, highly recommend the team!
They are professional. Responded efficiently and took care of Installation in one day.
Their after-sales service is excellent. I’ve been a long-time customer of theirs. There was a minor issue after the first installation, but even though I’d already paid in full, they patiently redid the work for me. I highly recommend Konstantin—his team is very trustworthy, which is rare in the Bay Area market.
“Huge thanks to Ozone Service for upgrading our home’s comfort”. from the new heat pump and A/C to the attic insulation, everting was seamless. Having city inspector praise their work give us ultimate peace of mind. Fast, efficient, and clearly experts in their field. Highly recommended!!!
It was a very pleasant experience to work with ozone service. The communication was very smooth. I can get answers of all of my questions. I can get responses in late evening. The answers are very clear and comprehensive. The price is also good. The engineers are very professional.
I replaced my entire old HVAC with Heat Pump system with Ozone Service. Right from Estimation to Install and Final walk through these guys were so Professional. Showed up on time, and finished the removal of old system and install in 2 days as scheduled. Work was very professional, clean and thorough. The…
I recently had a 5-ton Gree heat pump installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was incredibly professional from start to finish. They patiently answered all my questions — including some pretty technical ones — and they even figured out the correct way to set up the Gree communicating…
I recently had Ozone Service install a new HVAC (heat pump) system in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The installation was fast and efficient, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. Konstantin was especially helpful—he answered all of my questions thoroughly and provided honest,…
Hard working professionals, got a big job done on schedule with no surprises, and even offered to come back for adjustments later as needed.
