Been with Pacific for 30 years, and have always been pleased with their work. They visit 2 times a year, always wear booties to keep the floors clean, and make sure everything is set back where it was when they got there. Great people.

The service is always professional and thorough. They took care of my old furnace and kept it going for a while until I was finally able to get a new one. They replaced my old furnace and added a heat pump and it has been a wonderful experience since day one.

Just had routine maintenance checks on our HVAC and AC. Austin was great. Polite, quick, and thorough. Had had a handful of suggestions to help comfort and longevity of the system.

Though our heat pump is still having issues, Pacific Heating & Cooling maintain the same promptness and desire to remedy the problem with respect and courtesy. We’ve had a service contract with Pacific Heating & Cooling for many years. Our experiences have always been positive and all the technicians have been professional and friendly. Our technician today was Nicholas Bell who represented the company very well.

Thorough and professional. I will continue using them for my yearly maintenance needs. I like the peace of mind that their club membership provides with 24 hour emergency service.

I had a problem with my heat pump drainage and Pacific was able to come out right away to fix it. Their tech Julius L. was super friendly and kind, putting me at ease. He quickly identified the problem, fixed it and gave me great advice for avoiding the same issue in the future. If I have problems in the future I'd definitely request him again.

I was very happy with the thoroughness with which my technician explained everything concerning my air conditioning system. The company had installed a new furnace for me the previous day and they did an excellent job of that too.

The installers wet friendly and polite. They protected my hardwood floors and cleaned up everything upon fishing the job. Answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. They always wore masks inside and outside my home. I would highly recommend Pacific heating and cooling.

They double check the initial assessment to make sure the work was really needed. I was refunded money because they determined the work was not necessary. Mike was very professional. He did a thorough maintenance check and gave a detailed account with pictures for the repairs that were needed.

As 20 year loyal customers; their prices have doubled in less than a year which had nearly doubled 4 years before that. Service maintenance went from twice annually to once. They installed our heat pump system incorrectly and ignored our complaints until after the warranty was up. Do not use this company or continue to be disatified.

I've been with Pacific Heating and Air for 10 years. They recently came out for the semi annual check on my HVAC system. They are always on tome, courteous and professional. At the end of the check up, they take the time to explain any and all info about the check up.

These folks have been great since day one! I tried with a "cheaper" contractor that i really regret. You get what you pay for, except with pacific you get more than you pay for. This is terrific. I love these guys and the employees do too. THAT is a great sign to me.

We'll see how good it works. Hard to tell when it's not super hot outside but the guy was super professional and nice. Explained everything in a way I could understand. If I get a new system installed, I will be calling this company to do the install.

Austen completed our annual service and helped to resolve an issue that we were having with our system. He was professional, thorough, and polite. Heat pump quit cooling. They were here within 3 hours. Technician diagnosed the problem, had the part in the truck and had it cooling again in 45 minutes. There club membership is totally worth it.
