Been with Pacific for 30 years, and have always been pleased with their work. They visit 2 times a year, always wear booties to keep the floors clean, and make sure everything is set back where it was when they got there. Great people.

He was great. He was professional and very informative-kept me apprised at all times what was going on.

Professional, thorough and great to work with

The service is always professional and thorough. They took care of my old furnace and kept it going for a while until I was finally able to get a new one. They replaced my old furnace and added a heat pump and it has been a wonderful experience since day one.

Xavier is AWESOME, he is a good representative of Pacific Heating and Cooling. Have been a Pacific Heating & Cooling customer for over 20 years (since they were Pacific Air Systems). We are Very Satisfied. You can find less expensive, but not 'better'.

Our service technician was approachable, professional, and knowledgeable about our system. They provided “look fors” to keep an eye on, but the overall health of the system is good! The tech was right on time and they were thorough work. Job well done!

Love how Pacific Heating Cooling is transparent about everything they are doing and the cost is explained. We love our new heat pump system. Tim is an excellent technician and provided top notch customer service.

JJ.did an amazing job of servicing my heater and air conditioner. He takes pride in his job and went above and beyond. I feel he put much more effort in than past technicians and I will be requesting him for now on.

Our technician for our twice-yearly inspection was fantastic. We put a new furnace in January, and he came out and went over everything as if it were an old furnace. I really appreciate the service and attention to detail

First and foremost Pacific Air put in our air conditioning system in 2015. We receive service in the beginning of winter and the beginning of summer for regular checkups and cleaning. Great customer service. Service call scheduled for the same week I called for routine maintenance. Friendly and knowledgeable technician.

Our technician Kaylin was very approachable, knowledgeable and thorough with maintenance to our indoor and outdoor equipment. She went over recommendations for our equipment without being pushy and I really appreciated that as a customer. I highly recommend Pacific Heating and Cooling for anyone needing maintenance or new equipment in their homes.
