Our AC broke on Saturday when it was 88 for the first time ever this year. He arrived that same night(we are club members), fixed what was wrong, and explained what he did. Will definitely continue to use Pacific Heating and Cooling for all of our HVAC needs.

Zach Miller explained every step he went through inspecting the furnace and ac unit. Providing tips on what he looked for to determine the health of the equipment and how to maintain the equipment. Because of his approach to providing service we felt confident in starting a maintenance program with Pacific Heating & Cooling.

My technician, Zach, arrived on-time and was polite and knowledgeable. He helped me understand my system and the problems I was facing. He presented me with detailed solutions and wasn't just trying to sell me there products or services. I am 100% going to come to them for all my needs in the future.

13yr old unit AC stopped working. Was able to get same day appt. It took Sig 2hrs to troubleshoot, replace capacitor and find out why the system kept shutting down. Bad high pressure popoff. He was able to rest it. Sig gave me info on repair vs replacement. Appreciate his efforts

Great experience with Michael P. from Pacific Heating and Cooling. Our heat pump/mini split wasn’t working and he quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue and was very knowledgeable on system.

Matthew was very informative and answered all my questions about my ductless system. I would definitely recommend him for any service calls.

They double check the initial assessment to make sure the work was really needed. I was refunded money because they determined the work was not necessary. The heat wave came through but the AC was not cooling the house. We called Pacific Heating and Air. They came the same day. Nicholas was very fast and efficient. We had a capacitor that wasn't working. He had it working within an hour. Thank you so much. He was great and professional.

Used them twice during an issue and both technicians were great! Identified and fixed the problem right away. Signed up for the membership for maintenance!
