Mr. James “JJ” Stuart provided excellent service from start to finish. He was professional, punctual, and took the time to clearly explain the work and answer my questions. He was very thorough and knowledgeable.

Timothy Whyte did an outstanding job for us today. Timothy is very personable and professional. He kept me updated as he worked and pointed out areas to keep an eye on. Timothy was very respectful of our home too.

Great service, Chris King was so kind and knew what he was doing. He was excellent. I think he should get raise!

Isaiah Bratcher did a great job on Furnace and washing my AC unit He is friendly to talk with knows his job and the business. He did a thorough job and even tried to sell me a Surge Protection Device, but I wasn't going for it. Next time I will buy a Unit that has all the Protection it needs.! BillE

For our tech to come out Saturday night and repair what was needed was great. The response was extremely fast and went over everything needed plus future recommendations.

Brandon very friendly band knowledgeable. Fortunately our leak was fixed and did an annual maintenance program so I don’t have to worry about about maintenance. Talked about long term longevity of the furnace and cost to replace it.

We’ve had a service contract with Pacific Heating & Cooling for many years. Our experiences have always been positive and all the technicians have been professional and friendly. Our technician today was Nicholas Bell who represented the company very well.

Thorough and professional. I will continue using them for my yearly maintenance needs. I like the peace of mind that their club membership provides with 24 hour emergency service.

The guys explained every step they were going to take. We had already decided to sign up for a maintenance program based on our experience getting a water heater installed earlier this year. We did notice a loss in fan speed after the duct cleaning but we have heat. They will dispatch a technician to diagnose the issue Friday since tomorrow is Christmas.

Jake and his colleague arrived on time. They were very polite and despite the horrible weather, very motivated to complete the service on our furnace and heat pump. They kept us appraised of what they were doing throughout the process as they completed each major step. They were very patient as we asked questions.

He diagnosed the reason my furnace was not working and fixed the problem directly.

Liam was very thorough with the inspection and cleaning of the AC unit. He checked the air ducts and furnace. He provided helpful information in regards to better maintaining everything and when to schedule tune ups. I appreciate the thoroughness, education and professionalism.
