My technician Landon, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He came to service my mini splits and did so efficiently. I had a couple of questions regarding the mini splits and he did know the answer and was able to tell me very quickly. He was very informative with my issue and gave me a simple solution. I would love to have him return and complete

Very impressed with our tech, David Smith. Very professional and thorough with the inspection, cleaning, and service of both our mini-split and heat pump. The service is not inexpensive but worth the price if you are not A DIY or HVAC professional. I would definitely request David Smith going forward to complete my service in the future.

Jess came out to do my annual cleaning/maintenance on my mini-split. He did an absolutely phenomenal job. No one has ever been this thorough. Unfortunately he’s retiring in two months so won’t be able to request him next year.

Steven McCall is very professional and explains in detail how he repaired my Heat Pump. He went a step further by checking the filters and they were dirty so he cleaned the filter. Jess is awesome!! He is very knowledgable and showed me which filters of my furnace and mini split to clean and how. I’m recently widowed and now need to assume this periodic maintenance myself. I’m very happy with the service and joined the membership club so I will have yearly service and save money!!

Great Company, Technician Josh F. was prompt and friendly was able to diagnose the issue but the cost to repair would be equivalent or close to replacement so will be getting a replacement in the future

The technician (Jess Reed) did a great job servicing our units. It was the first time that we had the system soft pressure cleaning and we’re very happy with the overall experience.

Our annual Ductless Heat Pump service was completed by Jess and Isaiah, and they were professional, efficient, and friendly. They were thorough in the explanations and recommendations for our Heat Pump, and were generally wonderful to work with. This was our second service with Jess, and we hope to work with him and/or Isaiah again in the future.

Always on time, they tell you what they doing, give you options, for future maintenance

Didn't respond to calls about our heat not working after they installed it...until the warranty expired and they could get paid more.

As 20 year loyal customers; their prices have doubled in less than a year which had nearly doubled 4 years before that. Service maintenance went from twice annually to once. They installed our heat pump system incorrectly and ignored our complaints until after the warranty was up. Do not use this company or continue to be disatified.

Pacific Heating continues to impress. They are always so professional and helpful. Josh helped out this time and was absolutely WONDERFUL. He explained everything in simple terms so I could understand and eas very friendly. Best of all he didn't try to push a bunch of unnecessary things on me. Thanks Josh!
