Mr. James “JJ” Stuart provided excellent service from start to finish. He was professional, punctual, and took the time to clearly explain the work and answer my questions. He was very thorough and knowledgeable.

They got me in for an HVAC duct cleaning really quick! Matthew, Talon, and Zach showed up early and were professional, respectful, and really knowledgable. Because of these 3 young men, I will be a repeat customer, so thank you for doing the right thing and doing a great job!!

We just had a complete HVAC and water heater installation done on our 1970s home — a house that had absolutely no existing AC setup and needed everything brought up to modern code. Justin Christianson is super nice not pushy at all and built options for us and explained everything in great detail. He also was able to cut down wait time so we didn’t have to be cold and use space heaters.

Landon did a wonderful job of explaining how my heat pump works and was very profesional in doing his job.

The guys explained every step they were going to take. We had already decided to sign up for a maintenance program based on our experience getting a water heater installed earlier this year. We did notice a loss in fan speed after the duct cleaning but we have heat. They will dispatch a technician to diagnose the issue Friday since tomorrow is Christmas.

My family’s experience with this company spans over 15 years and 4 houses. They are always price competitive and deliver excellent service from scheduling and follow-up to the actual techs performing the work.

I had a dryer that kept stopping and the check vent light kept coming on. They check the dryer vent and it was clean. They did everything they could to make sure that the dryer worked and after they check the vent it did. They were very professional and helpful. I’m going to use them when I need my vents cleaned.

The team from Pacific Heating and AC were great. Very professional and adhered to safety precautions while in our home doing the work. The only thing I wish I knew was the noise level of the equipment. If the job was done in the early evening I’d felt bad for my neighbors who had to deal with the noise disruption.
