Pacific did an amazing job installing a Trane heat pump and air handler link system to replace my old heating oil furnace. It’s amazing how much more advanced modern equipment is compared to my old system. Super quiet with variable speed motors. No more paying $6-7/gallon for heat! Their installers were great at…
Exceptional experience I highly recommend Pacific Air & Heating for all your Heating and HVAC needs. All staff onsite was great to work with. Thank you so much for the experience!
As has always been our experience, Pacific Heating and Cooling has provided superb customer focused service delivery from scheduling staff to maintenance technicians. PH&C has provided courteous, knowledgeable, informed process with timely and excellent results. This is my third total HVAC installation with…
Xavier is AWESOME, he is a good representative of Pacific Heating and Cooling. Have been a Pacific Heating & Cooling customer for over 20 years (since they were Pacific Air Systems). We are Very Satisfied. You can find less expensive, but not 'better'.
We just got our new heat pump and air handler replaced. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional and personable. Today our installers Ryan and Malachi went above and beyond to do everything perfectly and keep us informed on any details. All were great to deal with from phone dispatchers, sales, and techs. Highly recommend.
We just had a complete HVAC and water heater installation done on our 1970s home — a house that had absolutely no existing AC setup and needed everything brought up to modern code. They did complete retrofit in 2.5 days! Permits and all. The most amazing part was not one corner was cut during the whole process.…
Brent and the guys were professional, kind and good at their install. I highly recommend Pacific Heating!
I would highly recommend Pacific Heating and Cooling. From the sales experience to the installation experience, this was truly top notch. Thank you!
We were recommended to Pacific Heating and Cooling by friends, and they didn’t lead us astray. We felt like our installers were very communicative, extremely knowledgeable and professional, and so efficient with the new furnace and installation of A/C in the house. I would highly recommend this company if you want…
Friendly, helpful people at every turn
Pacific Heating & Cooling installed a heat pump and connected it to a new gas furnace that they also installed. Excellent, enthusiastic & competent people did it all in one day. Because it did not heat the house, I called that night for help & immediately next morning a tech came & found that a heating duct in the…
Great service!!!!! The staff and expertise is wonderful. I've used their services for many years.
Good price on new heater and air conditioner, Justin did an actual heating and cooling load calculation, other company did a guesstimate. Install crew went above and beyond, there were several issues from the previous install they had to correct. They did a good job of fixing the problems and it looks great.
They were efficient and respectful. They finished early.
After 3 years of hot summers with our poor window unit, we decided to get A/C. We had several bids, but the moment I met Kyle he made me comfortable this investment was the best choice. No haggling, no bait & switch, just straightforward and professional! Cecil did our install and he was awesome. Put up with my…
Tyler M, Joe B, Mike B and Austin did a great job installing our HVAC system, we are very pleased. We will recommend to our people. Thanks 👍😊 🔥🌬️❄️
These guys are super professional and always take the time to explain your repairs needed.
We called pacific because that’s who installed and maintenances our system. We heard a diffetent noise coming from the outside unit. For $119.00 they’ll come and do a diagnostic on your system. I was charged $130.00. Then they gave a repair estimate of $8,700.00. They said the condenser, compressor, capacitor and…
Put in new hearing and cooling system
Full HVAC replacement post fire. Great team, great information and great service. So glad I chose them over other companies that play games and tell stories. They have been wonderful!👍😊🥰
