We just got our new heat pump and air handler replaced. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional and personable. Today our installers Ryan and Malachi went above and beyond to do everything perfectly and keep us informed on any details. All were great to deal with from phone dispatchers, sales, and techs. Highly recommend.

We just had a complete HVAC and water heater installation done on our 1970s home — a house that had absolutely no existing AC setup and needed everything brought up to modern code. Good price on new heater and air conditioner, Justin did an actual heating and cooling load calculation, other company did a guesstimate. Install crew went above and beyond, there were several issues from the previous install they had to correct. They did a good job of fixing the problems and it looks great.

They were efficient and respectful. They finished early.

We called pacific because that’s who installed and maintenances our system. We heard a diffetent noise coming from the outside unit. For $119.00 they’ll come and do a diagnostic on your system. Full HVAC replacement post fire. Great team, great information and great service. So glad I chose them over other companies that play games and tell stories. They have been wonderful!👍😊🥰

The guys were great, efficient and helpful. They explained the entire process. Bonus- they were very nice to my dogs.

As 20 year loyal customers; their prices have doubled in less than a year which had nearly doubled 4 years before that. Service maintenance went from twice annually to once. They installed our heat pump system incorrectly and ignored our complaints until after the warranty was up. Do not use this company or continue to be disatified.

Couldnt recommend these guys enough. Competitive pricing and quality work. If you're thinking about using someone else just don't waste your time. Great communication during the install and they went above and beyond. Great experience from start to finish.

I don’t have time to cover every awesome thing they did to upgrade our home’s heating and cooling. Amazing service, totally worth the price, top of the line hardware. They really went above and beyond, would recommend to anyone.
