Pacific Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical

Great job on time and completed with care

My tech was very upfront and honest! I'm not interested in dealing with anyone but him going forward!

Xavier is AWESOME, he is a good representative of Pacific Heating and Cooling. Have been a Pacific Heating & Cooling customer for over 20 years (since they were Pacific Air Systems). We are Very Satisfied. You can find less expensive, but not 'better'.

We are so happy with the service provided by Pacific Heating and Cooling! Our tech was very informative and kept us updated along the way while installing our AC unit. He corrected multiple issues with our furnace that were made by previous owners and even went the extra mile to clean it out when he was under no… Read full review

Jessie Pippin was sooooo amazing! Helpful. Knowledgable. Experienced. 10 out of 10. VERY satisfied.

We hired Pacific Heating and Cooling to do maintenance to clean our air ducts. They sent Matthew Panameno and Logan to do the job. They were very professional, courteous and very respectful. They did an excellent job and cleaned out the vents and washed the grates so it looked new again. They explained everything… Read full review

Friendly, helpful people at every turn

Once again, Pacific was great! Had an appointment for duct cleaning and Aeroseal, techs arrived on time and were efficient and thorough. We actually discovered a major issue in my hvac ducting and were able to repair and move forward as planned. They were very helpful and courteous, and explained everything as… Read full review

Angel was awesome. We will give him 10 starts not just 5. Super happy with his service. Even stay behind to make sure we schedule the work needed done with the outside unit before he left. This way we didn't have to wait a long time

Prompt, thorough and professional. Patiently explained how to use our new heating and cooling system.

Good price on new heater and air conditioner, Justin did an actual heating and cooling load calculation, other company did a guesstimate. Install crew went above and beyond, there were several issues from the previous install they had to correct. They did a good job of fixing the problems and it looks great.

They did a great job despite the task being much more difficult than any of us thought. Very friendly, professional, and caring (we had a baby and a toddler running around the house while they were here). Glad we chose Pacific Heating and Cooling!

These guys are the best, highly recommended their service.

These guys are super professional and always take the time to explain your repairs needed.

They were great, very professional and kind. Would use them again!

Marie and Nicholas came to my home in Olympia today and repaired some aging duct work in a very difficult area to get to and they did an incredible job. Two very personable, kind, upbeat persons. My highest praise for the Ritz Carlton Service. What a pleasure you both made this experience. Thanks very much, Sincerely, John Grey

We have used Pacific Heating & Cooling for many years and for many projects in various residential real estate properties. Their employees are always professional, competent, prompt, great communicators and trustworthy. We give them our highest recommendation and would never use another company!!!

They were very professional technicians. Polite, friendly, kind, informative, and I can’t say enough about them. They cleaned up after themselves once the project was completed. The respected my wife’s no shoes on the carpet policy. I would hire them again in a minute.

Our salesman was very detailed oriented told us everything he was going to do and how it was going to be done. The accounting department helped us with our financing and… Read full review

Today peformed AC compressor repair Always on time Always professional and friendly Would have entered 5 stars, but office had withdrawn our "membership"

Hired this company to tell me what was wrong with my air duct. Couldn’t find the problem but definitely charged me for nothing. I wouldn’t call them Specialists. He knew absolutely nothing. What a waste of money. Black Hills came out the next week and easily found the problem.

Incredible service. Knowledgeable and personable service technicians. Very friendly and kind.

Rodney is a super friendly guy and was very informative with his work. Answered any questions I had. Highly recommend

I would like to leave a positive review for the customer service I received. I called them to have a repair done that I was on a time crunch for. They sent a tech out to do an inspection, and he missed it. Honest mistake. But I wasn't notified until the next day because the tenants paid the bill. When I called after… Read full review

Very professional. Really attentive technician. Gave me a little more confidence in selecting them for service when I saw attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate the problems/issues.
