They sent out text messages to confirm the appointment. They send out text messages with a picture and name of the technician who is arriving at your house.

Sean was right on time. I showed him where the furnace was and let him do his work. After he was finished he gave me a report on the status of my unit (which was all good) and checked out my thermostat, which was also in good shape. I am on an annual maintenance contract so actually paid nothing this time.

The service is always professional and thorough. They took care of my old furnace and kept it going for a while until I was finally able to get a new one. They replaced my old furnace and added a heat pump and it has been a wonderful experience since day one.

Got good advice to go with a larger furnace filter (4”) as the one inch filter probably should have been changed sooner.
