Dustin did a thorough review of furnace and heat pump function, found a leak in the heat pump cooling system and has scheduled a refrigerant tech to come out in 5 days to estimate and repair the system.

I really like Pacific heating and cooling! The staff is always so friendly and professional. I have found them to be reasonably priced. I always recommend them to neighbors, family and friends. They sent out text messages to confirm the appointment. They send out text messages with a picture and name of the technician who is arriving at your house.

I think it’s important to keep equipment maintained so to be proactive and prevent problems so I totally appreciate Maintenance program that Pacific heating and air-conditioning offers.

We have used Pacific Heating & Cooling for over 30 years. The technicians are always professional and helpful. We've used them for many years and love how they take care of our heating and cooling system. They put in our hot water heater too!

Sean was right on time. I showed him where the furnace was and let him do his work. After he was finished he gave me a report on the status of my unit (which was all good) and checked out my thermostat, which was also in good shape. I am on an annual maintenance contract so actually paid nothing this time.

The service is always professional and thorough. They took care of my old furnace and kept it going for a while until I was finally able to get a new one. They replaced my old furnace and added a heat pump and it has been a wonderful experience since day one.
