Our furnace stopped working suddenly yesterday. We got someone out next day to do the repair. Kyle showed up on time, communicated well and fixed and replaced the part we needed. He was done within an hour and very professional.

Courteous and efficient service

Seasonal tune-up was very thorough and the technician, Isaiah was polite and responsive.

Brandon and Ethan are top notch techs. They diagnosed and repaired in a very timely manner.

Steve was great. Friendly and courteous. Diagnosed the problem quickly. I figured once he solved the problem that would be it. He then stayed to check the AC didn’t have any other issues, measure pressures and did an overall check of the system. He went above and beyond what I expected for the price. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend.

Great maintenance service: to put my furnace back in tip-top shape. Plus.my serviceman answered a lot of my questions which help me to recognize potential problems/solutions with my furnace in the future. He was both very knowledgeable and quite responsive.

William was on time, personable and competent. Love that this company takes client safety seriously. Tech's name, pix and approximate arrival time sent in advance. This was a scheduled maintenance service call and small part replacement.

Called and had service restored within 6 hours! They had the part on the truck so no problem solving the issue.

Honest. Went to them for a second opinion after the other guy told me to replace my entire ac AND heatpump. These guys came in and it turned out we just needed a new capacitor. $13k became $300

Absolutely friendly, courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable technician came to my home today. “Josh A” came into my house, did maintenance on my system in about an hour. Explained in detail what he did, why he did it, and all corrections that were needed. Pacific Heating comes highly recommended

Jake did a great job troubleshooting, explaining and fixing the problems with our system.

3 pm Friday we called to report water leaking in/under our gas furnace. By 6 pm, a technician had arrived / diagnosed and fixed the problem! Excellent service from friendly technicians.

Quickly troubleshot our outage, and repaired our system promptly. Thank you for every detail of this appointment.

Nick was amazing and on time after the repair, went thru the system and validated everything was good. The club membership is amazing with that no after hours call out fee even on Sunday. We will never use anyone else! New furnace and heat pump complete in 7 hours!!!! 1 day on a Saturday.

Just had a routine system maintenance a few months prior and was told everything was good. Hot weather came, turned on AC and not working. Was told it was a bad fuse that needed replacing. Had to spend $99 on diagnostics to determine a bad fuse and $45 for the fuse. Anthony did a great job. Very polite and professional!

The two techs arrived on time after calling ahead to advise me of a traffic jam on the way there. They found the problem and got me going in a little over an hour. Parts were expensive but less than it could have been. I had called the day before and they came the next morning.

The tech “Christian” arrived early, diagnosed the problem, inspected everything and test ran the system. He was polite, very well informed and a pleasure to meet

Our heat pump was noisy and vibrating too much. Thanks to Dustin one can hardly hear it running now.

Brandon very friendly band knowledgeable. Fortunately our leak was fixed and did an annual maintenance program so I don’t have to worry about about maintenance. Talked about long term longevity of the furnace and cost to replace it.

Jessie conducted the six-month check-up with her usual excellent service. She is one of the reasons why I like Pacific Heating and Cooling.
