My tech showed up on time like they always do and walked me through what signs of concern in our furnace we should have and look out for. Great experience as usual!

Our furnace stopped working suddenly yesterday. We got someone out next day to do the repair. Kyle showed up on time, communicated well and fixed and replaced the part we needed. He was done within an hour and very professional.

Great technician and fast!

Timothy Whyte did an outstanding job for us today. Timothy is very personable and professional. He kept me updated as he worked and pointed out areas to keep an eye on. Timothy was very respectful of our home too.

Joe is knowledgeable and highly qualified. Also very pleasant and helpful.

Liam was patient and walked me through what he was doing as well as necessary versus recommended next steps. Very professional and although it was more expensive than I anticipated it still seemed reasonable.

Amazing work as usual, the technician Tim was very knowledgeable and prescriptive on improving my heating/cooling system.

Awesome, explained everything and very polite.

Steve McCall was very professional.

Predatory practices- overcharging and they do not back up their word. My 88 year old Dad is lying in bed in hospice care and my 86 year old mom is trying to keep their 7-year old unit running in the heat of summer- a unit that THEY sold to them. They tell us that they don’t sell that unit - Colman- anymore- thanks… Read full review

Seasonal tune-up was very thorough and the technician, Isaiah was polite and responsive.

Brandon and Ethan are top notch techs. They diagnosed and repaired in a very timely manner.

Steve was great. Friendly and courteous. Diagnosed the problem quickly. I figured once he solved the problem that would be it. He then stayed to check the AC didn’t have any other issues, measure pressures and did an overall check of the system. He went above and beyond what I expected for the price. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend.

I was really pleased with Dustin. He was very thorough and communicated clearly what he was finding out. Very professional gentleman

Wonderful job!! Highly recommend!!

Brandon, was amazing he took the time to go over all our options. He want over all the benefits and how much the cost would be for each one.

William was on time, personable and competent. Love that this company takes client safety seriously. Tech's name, pix and approximate arrival time sent in advance. This was a scheduled maintenance service call and small part replacement.

Called and had service restored within 6 hours! They had the part on the truck so no problem solving the issue.

Sean Riggs was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was a huge help and was very respectful and professional

Pacific installed my system & regularly maintains it. Recommends things I can add to my system that further reduces my carbon footprint & adds savings on my monthly heating & cooling costs. The techs are friendly & professional

The service man was very knowledgeable and did I think a very good job.

The tech was on time and very engaging. He explained everything that he was going to be to do prior to doing it. He clearly communicated what was happening and answered all of our questions. Overall he was excellent and represented your company very well.

Honest. Went to them for a second opinion after the other guy told me to replace my entire ac AND heatpump. These guys came in and it turned out we just needed a new capacitor. $13k became $300

Dustin was personable and knowledgeable. He was able to fix our system and recommend parts and maintenance to prolong the life of our unit. We appreciated his kind personality and professionalism.

Wonderful experience all around. We just purchased the house and called the company who last serviced. From the lovely women that answered the phone, yes a live person right off the bat, very helpful in setting the appointment. Justin was amazing fast, efficient and total professionalism. Highly recommend this company.

Mark helped me understand what the state of my furnace was and provided details of how the system works and what could improve its performance. Very helpful!

Xavier is AWESOME, he is a good representative of Pacific Heating and Cooling. Have been a Pacific Heating & Cooling customer for over 20 years (since they were Pacific Air Systems). We are Very Satisfied. You can find less expensive, but not 'better'.

As always, the check was on time, very professional and provided great customer service.

Absolutely friendly, courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable technician came to my home today. “Josh A” came into my house, did maintenance on my system in about an hour. Explained in detail what he did, why he did it, and all corrections that were needed. Pacific Heating comes highly recommended

Terrific Service. Will use and recommend highly

A big thank you to Isaiah G for always going above and beyond whenever he does maintenance/repairs at my house! He does things thoroughly and keeps me in the loop on what’s going on with my systems. Truly appreciate you, Isaiah! 🙏🏼

We believed the commercials and the sales pitch. We paid big company money for a basic unit because it was a big company and the mini split was Mitsubishi, which I’ve heard of. It came with a 12 year parts and 1 year labor warranty, very impressive. I am brand loyal and have a whole text log of having them out for… Read full review

Josh was extremely helpful today. He was so knowledgeable and made me understand the entire process and was able to get our air back up and running.

5 well deserved stars! Dial-in customer service was impeccable. I could not have asked to feel more heard, understood and attended. Technician, Liam, was timely, respectful and skilled. Quickly troubleshot our outage, and repaired our system promptly. Thank you for every detail of this appointment.

Nick was amazing and on time after the repair, went thru the system and validated everything was good. The club membership is amazing with that no after hours call out fee even on Sunday. We will never use anyone else! New furnace and heat pump complete in 7 hours!!!! 1 day on a Saturday.

Their technicians are always top notch. I feel like we’re are in good hands with Pacific Air.

Just had a routine system maintenance a few months prior and was told everything was good. Hot weather came, turned on AC and not working. Was told it was a bad fuse that needed replacing. Had to spend $99 on diagnostics to determine a bad fuse and $45 for the fuse. Anthony did a great job. Very polite and professional!

Top notch service as always. Tech was excellent!

The team was fantastic! They were professional, on time, communicated well, gave clear explanations and expectations. Julius L. was fantastic, educated, kind, patient, and very friendly.

Excellent service and did a thorough job. Would highly recommend and use again for all our hvacs needs!

Jessie Pippin was sooooo amazing! Helpful. Knowledgable. Experienced. 10 out of 10. VERY satisfied.

Five star service is what Pacific Heating and Cooling provides to all their customers. We’ve been with them for over 22 years and look forward to the next 22 or more!

Service technician Joseph from Pacific Heating and Cooling explained thoroughly what he diagnosed was the problem. He made the repair in very little time, and I was very happy with price and efficiency.

Great experience with Brandon

Our service technician did a great job! He explained everything along the way, was not pushy at all, and made friends with our 3 large dogs!

Always very nice technicians. They make a genuine effort to be transparent with pricing. They don’t gouge for service calls, and they have decent hours.

Liam was friendly, courteous and respectful of our home.

Great service from wonderful professionals. It doesn't get better than this.

The two techs arrived on time after calling ahead to advise me of a traffic jam on the way there. They found the problem and got me going in a little over an hour. Parts were expensive but less than it could have been. I had called the day before and they came the next morning.

The tech “Christian” arrived early, diagnosed the problem, inspected everything and test ran the system. He was polite, very well informed and a pleasure to meet

Our heat pump was noisy and vibrating too much. Thanks to Dustin one can hardly hear it running now.

Very pleasant, courteous, polite, but maintained a professional attitude throughout appointment. Knowledgeable, through, answering any & all questions. Recommended Air Scrubber, but was not pushy. Will research & consider.

Great young professional straight forward no crap, my bulldogs approved, also very nice young man.

Bill was friendly and communicated what was going to be needed after a thorough analysis of the problem. He complied with all Covid-19 requirements.

Professionally installed my Heat Pump and Furnace by Ikenasio Nuku and team. Clean and detailed. Great job.

Justin was very knowledgeable and pragmatic

Trouble shooting. Great job done well.

The diagnostic was a waste of time and money. I asked for the diagnostic report multiple times and didn't receive it.

Brandon very friendly band knowledgeable. Fortunately our leak was fixed and did an annual maintenance program so I don’t have to worry about about maintenance. Talked about long term longevity of the furnace and cost to replace it.

Jessie conducted the six-month check-up with her usual excellent service. She is one of the reasons why I like Pacific Heating and Cooling.

We just had a complete HVAC and water heater installation done on our 1970s home — a house that had absolutely no existing AC setup and needed everything brought up to modern code. They did complete retrofit in 2.5 days! Permits and all. The most amazing part was not one corner was cut during the whole process.… Read full review

We’ve had a service contract with Pacific Heating & Cooling for many years. Our experiences have always been positive and all the technicians have been professional and friendly. Our technician today was Nicholas Bell who represented the company very well.

He is very kind and knowledgeable

Thorough and professional. I will continue using them for my yearly maintenance needs. I like the peace of mind that their club membership provides with 24 hour emergency service.

Great experience, joined the Pacific Heating & Cooling family. Dustin is awesome 🤙🏽

Would recommend Pacific Heating and Cooling. Courteous and competent staff

They came out the same day, and the technician, Chris King was super knowledgeable and fixed everything (turned out to be electrical). We bought a membership for routine maintenance which seems reasonably priced. I like that they'll call us to schedule, not me trying to get through to make an appointment. Or remembering to.

Anthony was quick to respond to my ‘no heat dilemma’ and got the furnace up and running within an hour. This service occurred on a Saturday evening when other companies wanted to charge an expensive emergency price of $400.00. Pacific Heating and cooling only charged $119.00 for the service call. What a great company this is!

Jesse was great! She arrived in time and answered all my questions. She fixed my issue and explained what it was.

I called Pacific for the first time since I got my house in 2020 requesting a diagnostic test done on my furnace and they scheduled me for an appointment on same day and technician Isaiah came out and did the diagnostic test on the furnace. He was able to find the issue and he went over the options for the repair/… Read full review

The guys did a great job on the job. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Had a bit of an emergency with a weird smell coming out of the vents and knew it must be furnace related. Andrew was very friendly and informational. He worked to figure out what was going on and made sure to speak in terms I could understand. Helped me figure out what was going on and a fix for my issue.

Pacific was here when they told me they would be but I got my dates mixed up and had a virtual dr. appt scheduled for the same time. The tech told me to take care of my dr. appt and waited in his van for about 30 minutes. I felt so bad because it was my mistake but he was so chill about it and diagnosed my issue very quickly and was super friendly!

Thomas did a great job - Thank you! -Rodney

The best service I've ever received. I learned a lot because the diagnosis was fast and the explanation was detailed and kind.

Quick and good customer service.

The technician was very thorough and knowledgeable. Very much appreciative of the on point service.

Tech that came out, after 5:00PM, was Landon. What an amazing tech: courteous, quick to diagnose the problem with the furnace, and even spent time humoring a very curious household of 4 kiddos. Absolutely would recommend Pacific and Landon in particular.

Very grateful for same day service and the way Christian explained everything.

Dora did a great job very efficient, Knowledgeable, and thorough.

Pacific Heating always does great customer service and today was no exception. The technician diagnosed my faulty sensor and got my auxiliary heat up and running while we wait for a part. Everything was clearly explained.

Arrived ahead of schedule. Got analysis complete and completed in less than an hour. Gave us instructions to prevent same problem

Tony was wonderful. Explained everything to me.

Steve was great! He arrived on time, assessed the issue after a thorough work up, and was able to fix it on the spot. Pacfic Heating & Cooling will be the one I recommend to all my real estate clients, too!

The team that installed my furnace and AC unit was great.
