From quote to install, Pacific Heating did an amazing job. It's a lot of money for new HVAC, but they made us feel comfortable in our decision answering all our questions. Installers went over and above, very professional! I recommend this company if you want good quality work!

I think this company is great. They have excellent customer service. Their pricing is sometimes high but their technicians are very knowledgeable, clean and polite. They find problems and give me options which I appreciate. . Very superb technicians.

Today our installers Ryan and Malachi went above and beyond to do everything perfectly and keep us informed on any details. All were great to deal with from phone dispatchers, sales, and techs. Cold drops overnight and nothing like what was promised, where I'd never have to run aux heating except on single digit days. Everything went great. They followed through with what the sales guy said they were gonna do. Everyone was professional during install, they didn’t take any shortcuts and it came out looking really good across the board. They did a great job of communicating as they were doing the install and the system works without any issues at all.

We just had a complete HVAC and water heater installation done on our 1970s home — a house that had absolutely no existing AC setup and needed everything brought up to modern code. Yevgeniy is an excellent install tech. He's thorough and patient in explaining your new system. I'm pleased with the clean installation.

Justin Christianson is super nice not pushy at all and built options for us and explained everything in great detail. He also was able to cut down wait time so we didn’t have to be cold and use space heaters.

Landon did a wonderful job of explaining how my heat pump works and was very profesional in doing his job.

So far so good with my Furnace and Heat Pump. The crew was fast, cleaned up everything when done, explained everything, and I’m very happy.

I’ve been a customer for years. This is an outstanding company that takes great care of their customers. Definitely recommend a club membership, it’s cheaper than paying out of pocket and a life saver when furnace stops working on a cold weekend.
