From quote to install, Pacific Heating did an amazing job. It's a lot of money for new HVAC, but they made us feel comfortable in our decision answering all our questions. Installers went over and above, very professional! I recommend this company if you want good quality work!

Everything went great. They followed through with what the sales guy said they were gonna do. Everyone was professional during install, they didn’t take any shortcuts and it came out looking really good across the board. They did a great job of communicating as they were doing the install and the system works without any issues at all.

We just had a complete HVAC and water heater installation done on our 1970s home — a house that had absolutely no existing AC setup and needed everything brought up to modern code. I’ve been a customer for years. This is an outstanding company that takes great care of their customers. Definitely recommend a club membership, it’s cheaper than paying out of pocket and a life saver when furnace stops working on a cold weekend.

Good price on new heater and air conditioner, Justin did an actual heating and cooling load calculation, other company did a guesstimate. Install crew went above and beyond, there were several issues from the previous install they had to correct. They did a good job of fixing the problems and it looks great.

On site techs are always friendly and professional.

Absolutely professional both in the sales (timely and thorough quote process) and installation. I was able to schedule it quickly and the crew was knowledgeable, polite, and did not cut any corners. The experience was much less painful than I expected it to be, and we are very happy with our new system.

The installers wet friendly and polite. They protected my hardwood floors and cleaned up everything upon fishing the job. Answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. They always wore masks inside and outside my home. I would highly recommend Pacific heating and cooling.

Prior to the install, the consultation of our home showed how inefficient our old furnace was and the ducting too small for the oversized furnace.
