Arrived as scheduled. Notified when enroute. Tech explained the findings from the preventive maintenance of the furnace and AC unit. We upgraded the air filter based on allergy reduction.

My technician was on time,professional, personable, informative, respectful, and I feel he did a very thorough job!!

The repair guy was professional and very polite, he double checked everything to make sure figure out what is causing the problem. After diagnosing the issue he informed me about the issue and explained everything to me and possibly course of action. He even checked the heat exchanger and the blower motor also.

Zach Miller explained every step he went through inspecting the furnace and ac unit. Providing tips on what he looked for to determine the health of the equipment and how to maintain the equipment. Because of his approach to providing service we felt confident in starting a maintenance program with Pacific Heating & Cooling.

The guys showed up on time, we’re very respectful and professional. The inspection was thorough and informative. They didn’t pressure me to have any work done, and answered all my questions in a way I understood.

Service Tech Kaylin showed up on time and was very curteous. Wasted no time and started servicing the AC promptly. Discovered a failing capacitor and explained the issue clearly and gave me options for replacement. Excellent Tech A++. I am an electronics and maintenance tech so am speaking from experience.
