Isaiah came today for our biannual HV/AC maintenance and he was such a pleasant young man and was helpful in explaining things we had questions about. He was very polite and I would definitely recommend Pacific for their services and maintenance program. I’ve met many technicians over the years and Isaiah was one of the best!

Xavier serviced our high efficiency furnace for annual maintenance. He was very knowledgeable and has great attention to detail. This is a new furnace for us and very happy with the services we have received . We hope to have Xavier back in the spring for air conditioner maintenance!

Xavier is AWESOME, he is a good representative of Pacific Heating and Cooling. Have been a Pacific Heating & Cooling customer for over 20 years (since they were Pacific Air Systems). We are Very Satisfied. You can find less expensive, but not 'better'.

Arrived as scheduled. Notified when enroute. Tech explained the findings from the preventive maintenance of the furnace and AC unit. We upgraded the air filter based on allergy reduction.

All the staff at Pacific Heating and Cooling are very nice and knowledgeable.

We received confirmation that our system needs to be replaced. We knew that from last year but he was very nice about it.

Our technician for our twice-yearly inspection was fantastic. We put a new furnace in January, and he came out and went over everything as if it were an old furnace. I really appreciate the service and attention to detail

Jake and his colleague arrived on time. They were very polite and despite the horrible weather, very motivated to complete the service on our furnace and heat pump. They kept us appraised of what they were doing throughout the process as they completed each major step. They were very patient as we asked questions.
