Very clear and knowledgeable team and they came in corrected the problem quickly and efficiently. Extremely professional. Heat restored to the house.

Pacific got out tech scheduled and when a board in our furnace needed to be replaced the tech went out of his way to get this done in one visit. The price was beyond fair for the amount of time spent and the part was expensive and those parts are expensive

The heating system wasn’t behaving as we expected. The Pacific Heating and Cooling team carefully evaluated the entire system (furnace and heat pump) and made adjustments to bring the component parts more into sync. Their explanations of were very helpful. Courteous, thorough, knowledgeable. We were very satisfied.

I would highly recommend Pacific Heating and Cooling. Liam came out to our house to do a diagnostic on my furnace. He took the time to explain what the issue was and the various options along with there cost.

Was able to schedule service that worked well with my schedule, and the technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and got the bad igniter changed out and the system cleaned so our heater is in fine working shape again.

Kaylin did a good job of checking out all the posabilities. She let me know what she was doing and called her manager when she needed help. Kaylin did a good job on a tough problem. Great experience with Michael P. from Pacific Heating and Cooling. Our heat pump/mini split wasn’t working and he quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue and was very knowledgeable on system.

The installers wet friendly and polite. They protected my hardwood floors and cleaned up everything upon fishing the job. Answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. They always wore masks inside and outside my home. I would highly recommend Pacific heating and cooling.

Brain came out to look at our old furnace heater. He was knowledgeable about the unit even though it was installed in 1996. He was through. He was able to give best guess solution. We are deciding what make sense to do next.

Tanner was very professional and personable during his furnace diagnostic visit and entertained all my questions while explaining everything he was doing. Seemed very confident he’d isolated the problem. Regrettably the faulty sensor has to be ordered but that’s hardly his fault.

Had a problem with our furnace in the morning. It wasn't working correctly. They had a service technician come out in the evening. When the technician checked out our furnace it was working fine. He told us what could have been wrong with it. If it goes bad again I'll call them back.

Furnace stopped working during a cold snap in late February. They got a technician out on the same day, and even called throughout the day as earlier time slots opened up. Arrived at the early end of the appointment window, then diagnosed and successfully replaced a failed ignitor in about an hour. Great service!

Honestly I was seriously impressed today. I expected to call and get an appointment a couple days from now, get a quote for parts, wait a couple days again, etc. Called around 3p, furnace was fixed by 5p and the tech was really cool dude I really appreciated the whole experience. Awesome!

Great communication and on time for the appointment. The technician was respectful and kept his mask on the whole time, put covers on his shoes and updated us throughout the inspection.

Although he was only there to repair my furnace, Technician Steve went above and beyond by repairing my dryer vent that had a hole and lint was clogging my furnace filter. He even cleaned my water heater filter for the same reason at no extra charge. I highly recommend Pacific Heating.

The Pacific Heating technicians (Cameron and Landon) are great. Able to diagnose problems quickly and efficiently. They know their stuff. My only complaint is why does the gas intake valve fail twice in two years on my 6-year old York system. I must say that Pacific has been great as they is covered under warranty...just frustrating.
