Pacific Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical

Very clear and knowledgeable team and they came in corrected the problem quickly and efficiently. Extremely professional. Heat restored to the house.

Pacific got out tech scheduled and when a board in our furnace needed to be replaced the tech went out of his way to get this done in one visit. The price was beyond fair for the amount of time spent and the part was expensive and those parts are expensive

The heating system wasn’t behaving as we expected. The Pacific Heating and Cooling team carefully evaluated the entire system (furnace and heat pump) and made adjustments to bring the component parts more into sync. Their explanations of were very helpful. Courteous, thorough, knowledgeable. We were very satisfied.

Our furnace stopped working and Pacific Heating & Cooling came right out the same day. The service teck came out with a mask and provided us with excellent customer service. Got our furnace running !!

Tech said we needed new furnace, at the age of the unit that is a fair assessment. But their quote for replacement was twice that of another established HVAC company. Not sure that's fair.

Absolutely love them. They are always polite and on time.

Professional and seemed to be very thorough and explained things w/o being heavy handed or coming across as a heavy handed salesman. I liked his style.

Great customer service!

Pacific Heating always does a great job. They service providers are professional, friendly, and most importantly know their stuff.

On time and very friendly! Respectful of property and knowledgeable about products.

As always great service.

The technician was clean-cut, professionally dressed, punctual, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and efficient. My only complaint is that I was charged $219 for a repair that took less than thirty minutes.

My furnace technician arrived on time to clean and check my heating system. The office confirmed the appointment and told me when the technician was on the way. I needed new air filters. Jake explained the installation and function of these. He was efficient and thorough. Thank you!

Tanner was very professional and personable during his furnace diagnostic visit and entertained all my questions while explaining everything he was doing. Seemed very confident he’d isolated the problem. Regrettably the faulty sensor has to be ordered but that’s hardly his fault.

Learned how to turn of heat pump and just use heater

Brandon was awesome to work with. On time in the middle of a snow storm. He was knowledgeable and again, awesome to work with

The technician was very polite, respectful, and informative. He showed me what he was doing and explained why it needed to be done. He helped us set up an appointment to look at the options for replacement. I am very thankful for the time he took with and our questions.

They have kept me warm and toasty for years. When my heater failed the service was timely and exemplary. They just make my world a better place!

I have had four "visits" in 5 days due to breakdowns/faulty parts. I am not happy with this situation at all. Technician #4 left a short time ago and told me he had everything fixed and operating. The three before him told me the same thing when they left. I am beginning to think I am working with the wrong… Read full review

Andrew was super fantastic! He did incredible job repairing my unit, and provided the annual service on the HVAC as well for a very affordable price… And did it in short order. Thank you Andrew!

Great response time and service man very professional

Josua was excellent in his customer service and listened to my concerns. He provided me with thorough advice about my unit and services that were offered through the company if I needed them. If I have any concerns, I definitely will be calling again. Thank you!

Warm and toasty. Furnace responds to thermostat as it did not before.

Right before Christmas the last problem you want is a furnace issue. However, Pacific Heating/Cooling was such a breath of fresh air! My technician, Matt S., was super nice, reassuring, HONEST and covered all points of the possible problem!! He got my furnace back up and running quickly! He also offered me the… Read full review

Great job, fixed my shop heater and setup a club membership on my heating and cooling. Friendly professional staff in person and on the phone

Did great work on a 15 year old system..I would leave 5 stars but getting more work done then we'll go from there..other than that.. Great place ..Great people..

5 stars for service: they were professional and knowledgeable. 3 stars for pricing: diagnostic fee of $120 was reasonable, but they wanted to sell me a $700+ thermostat that’s only $150 at Home Depot. When asked why they have a 500% markup on the item, they said it’s because they warranty it for 5 years. Since the… Read full review

Very professional and knowledgeable.

Great value with the member benefits package. The tech they sent out (Zach) was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and had exceptional customer service skills. I'll be calling back for all my HVAC needs.

Same day service with Chris was fantastic! They called to ask if the technician could come early, which was awesome. Shoe covers and a mask were worn. Not only did he fix the issue, he explained the maintenance required and common issues very thoroughly, checked for any other issues with the unit, and the invoice… Read full review

Great communication and on time for the appointment. The technician was respectful and kept his mask on the whole time, put covers on his shoes and updated us throughout the inspection.

Although he was only there to repair my furnace, Technician Steve went above and beyond by repairing my dryer vent that had a hole and lint was clogging my furnace filter. He even cleaned my water heater filter for the same reason at no extra charge. I highly recommend Pacific Heating.

Shamal respectfully explained how the heat pump system worked and what kind of noises to expect from a running system.

Service professional was very pleasant and helpful and explained both how our system works and how it can work more efficiently.

The Pacific Heating technicians (Cameron and Landon) are great. Able to diagnose problems quickly and efficiently. They know their stuff. My only complaint is why does the gas intake valve fail twice in two years on my 6-year old York system. I must say that Pacific has been great as they is covered under warranty...just frustrating.

Like always you have the best technicians service people very talkative very knowledgeable and always on time then using you for years

Very professional, courteous, and informative

Andrew was super informative, kind and quiet (he didn’t even wake our 5 month old)! We got same day service and peace of mind.

The only company to have availability the same day when our furnace went out and even called multiple times during the day when earlier appointments opened up. Once on-site, the technician was very professional, detail oriented and thorough. Spent many hours working on our furnace and time with us explaining the… Read full review

Excellent and friendly. Tanner and the install crew were very professional. Been with Pacific Heating for over 26 years and don't plan on changing.

I was originally scheduled for my yearly maintenance however my heat was not turning on this morning so Sean the technician did a evaluation and discovered it was the inducer. I was very pleased with the job he did however he said that he would make sure I had him by the end of the day and I did not know that it… Read full review

I had an issue with my furnace. They were able to get a tech out same day to troubleshoot the issue and make the repair. Very appreciative on a colder day outside...

Quick and excellent work.

Joe was here to service our furnace. Very clean and thorough. Highly recommend.

This company is top-notch all around! I simply cannot say enough good things about it and it's staff. I called a few companies for quotes, but from the moment Jamie answered my call, I knew right away that this was the company to do business with! Jamie was so kind and helpful, friendly and knowledgeable; she made… Read full review
