Very clear and knowledgeable team and they came in corrected the problem quickly and efficiently. Extremely professional. Heat restored to the house.

Pacific got out tech scheduled and when a board in our furnace needed to be replaced the tech went out of his way to get this done in one visit. The price was beyond fair for the amount of time spent and the part was expensive and those parts are expensive

The heating system wasn’t behaving as we expected. The Pacific Heating and Cooling team carefully evaluated the entire system (furnace and heat pump) and made adjustments to bring the component parts more into sync. Their explanations of were very helpful. Courteous, thorough, knowledgeable. We were very satisfied.

Josh was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He was efficient in going through our system and informed us what needed to be done and why. Very pleased with the service he provided.

Our furnace stopped working and Pacific Heating & Cooling came right out the same day. The service teck came out with a mask and provided us with excellent customer service. Got our furnace running !!

Tech said we needed new furnace, at the age of the unit that is a fair assessment. But their quote for replacement was twice that of another established HVAC company. Not sure that's fair.

The technician explained to us what the issues were with our Heating System and what steps were needed to repair the system correctly. Get your heating and air conditioning units serviced yearly. Don’t listen to fly by night businesses stick with the professionals.

The technician was clean-cut, professionally dressed, punctual, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and efficient. My only complaint is that I was charged $219 for a repair that took less than thirty minutes.

Bill was friendly and communicated what was going to be needed after a thorough analysis of the problem. He complied with all Covid-19 requirements.

My furnace technician arrived on time to clean and check my heating system. The office confirmed the appointment and told me when the technician was on the way. I needed new air filters. Jake explained the installation and function of these. He was efficient and thorough. Thank you!

For our tech to come out Saturday night and repair what was needed was great. The response was extremely fast and went over everything needed plus future recommendations.

I would highly recommend Pacific Heating and Cooling. Liam came out to our house to do a diagnostic on my furnace. He took the time to explain what the issue was and the various options along with there cost.

Was able to schedule service that worked well with my schedule, and the technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and got the bad igniter changed out and the system cleaned so our heater is in fine working shape again.

Technician is informative, professional, and respectful.

I really enjoyed the visit and the knowledge that they have as to help diagnose the issue I have. I feel they did not gouge me on pricing. I felt comfortable in signing up for their yearly maintenance plan.
