Everything went great. They followed through with what the sales guy said they were gonna do. Everyone was professional during install, they didn’t take any shortcuts and it came out looking really good across the board. They did a great job of communicating as they were doing the install and the system works without any issues at all.

Requested a quote for AC Unit or heat pump, guy showed up with very negative attitude, very dismissive and he did not even review the whole house before saying “we are not the company for you” very wierd, never have I experienced that before. Good price on new heater and air conditioner, Justin did an actual heating and cooling load calculation, other company did a guesstimate. Install crew went above and beyond, there were several issues from the previous install they had to correct. They did a good job of fixing the problems and it looks great.

The experience was much less painful than I expected it to be, and we are very happy with our new system.
