Everything went great. They followed through with what the sales guy said they were gonna do. Everyone was professional during install, they didn’t take any shortcuts and it came out looking really good across the board. They did a great job of communicating as they were doing the install and the system works without any issues at all.

We had a thermostat that wasn’t working correctly. Christian King came to our home and did a thorough inspection of our gas heating system. He agreed that the problem must be the thermostat and installed a new, less complicated one for us. He also gave us valuable advice on how to optimize our system in the future. It was a pleasure working with him.

We just had a complete HVAC and water heater installation done on our 1970s home — a house that had absolutely no existing AC setup and needed everything brought up to modern code. Matthew arrived on time for a duct cleaning. They walked through the plan, gave us a time line and got to work!

Our thermostat wasn’t working correctly. With cold weather coming and a house full of company, we reached out and were answered immediately and courteously. The service agent was also warm, but jumped right in and took care of the problem. Unfortunately we still are having problems, but someone is coming quickly to correct that.

Matt Storset was the best tech we have ever had. Confirmed the diagnosis quickly, answered all my questions, and installed the new thermostat very quickly. It works GREAT and the issues were solved. Good price on new heater and air conditioner, Justin did an actual heating and cooling load calculation, other company did a guesstimate. Install crew went above and beyond, there were several issues from the previous install they had to correct. They did a good job of fixing the problems and it looks great.

Absolutely professional both in the sales (timely and thorough quote process) and installation. I was able to schedule it quickly and the crew was knowledgeable, polite, and did not cut any corners. The experience was much less painful than I expected it to be, and we are very happy with our new system.

They were professional, informative and on time (they arrived when they said they would!). We have been using Pacific Air Systems since we moved into our home in 1999. They have always been prompt and professional. When it was time to replace our 40 year old furnace, they were the natural choice. The process was smooth and took less time than expected. The team took care of a couple of other issues without hesitation. Highly recommended.
