Anthony was quick to respond to my ‘no heat dilemma’ and got the furnace up and running within an hour. This service occurred on a Saturday evening when other companies wanted to charge an expensive emergency price of $400.00. Pacific Heating and cooling only charged $119.00 for the service call. What a great company this is!

Pacific is always there when you need them and their service techs are top notch. Really appreciated some thoughts and ideas offered by Sean. I immediately put them to use and believe in the long run my system will perform better. Many thanks, as always!

The technician is amazing. He got the problem solved without a hitch and he is very efficient. I couldn’t ask for a better service provider. I scored really well contacting Pacific Heating

Friendly, helpful people at every turn

Alittle expensive, but I have nothing to compare it to. We opted to join their maintenance program, which added some $$$ onto the bill. But that is just prepaying for the future. So I don't hold that against them. They were very communicative about all the costs up front and the technician made sure we knew exactly… Read full review

Unfortunately, the technicians were given the wrong parts, so nothing was accomplished today.

Because we were club members, Pacific Heating & Cooling made us a priority by getting a tech to us later in the day, even though they were swamped. Great company with awesome employees!

Very nice and knowledgeable.

Had them come out to service my wall heater, paid $131 dollars to have a company representative come out. Made it perfectly clear beforehand that this was a gas wall heater.
