Anthony was quick to respond to my ‘no heat dilemma’ and got the furnace up and running within an hour. This service occurred on a Saturday evening when other companies wanted to charge an expensive emergency price of $400.00. Pacific Heating and cooling only charged $119.00 for the service call. What a great company this is!

Had an issue I wanted a professional to evaluate. Scheduled online and received a call to confirm within minutes. After Tacoma got hit with bone chilling temps and snow this week, our dual system heat pump was having what appeared to be major issues. Because we were club members, Pacific Heating & Cooling made us a priority by getting a tech to us later in the day, even though they were swamped. Great company with awesome employees!

I don’t have time to cover every awesome thing they did to upgrade our home’s heating and cooling. Amazing service, totally worth the price, top of the line hardware. They really went above and beyond, would recommend to anyone.

Replaced capacitor on our air conditioner unit on a Sunday. Price was fair and work was professional.

100° plus weather is not a good time to have the AC malfunction.

professional responsive service, furnace would not start, able to diagnose and resolve the issue. the technician also took the time to explain what they were doing while working on the furnace, learned a little more about how the furnace works.
