Pacific Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical

Pacific did an amazing job installing a Trane heat pump and air handler link system to replace my old heating oil furnace. It’s amazing how much more advanced modern equipment is compared to my old system. Super quiet with variable speed motors. No more paying $6-7/gallon for heat! Their installers were great at… Read full review

Xavier is AWESOME, he is a good representative of Pacific Heating and Cooling. Have been a Pacific Heating & Cooling customer for over 20 years (since they were Pacific Air Systems). We are Very Satisfied. You can find less expensive, but not 'better'.

The installation team was very professional and respectful to my home and property!

Great company, would definitely recommend using them. Very professional

Professionally installed my Heat Pump and Furnace by Ikenasio Nuku and team. Clean and detailed. Great job.

We’ve had a service contract with Pacific Heating & Cooling for many years. Our experiences have always been positive and all the technicians have been professional and friendly. Our technician today was Nicholas Bell who represented the company very well.

Landon did a wonderful job of explaining how my heat pump works and was very profesional in doing his job.

Justin was just the technician we needed. He not only was able to quickly diagnose the issue with our furnace but when we realized what the extensive repair required, he was able to knowledgeably assist us with selection of a new furnace/AC unit. Justin supported us professionally and efficiently with helping us… Read full review

We were recommended to Pacific Heating and Cooling by friends, and they didn’t lead us astray. We felt like our installers were very communicative, extremely knowledgeable and professional, and so efficient with the new furnace and installation of A/C in the house. I would highly recommend this company if you want… Read full review

We chose Pacific based on reviews, word of mouth, and a good experience with TJ and Audra in sales. We received quotes from two other local companies one with same products and one with a different manufacturer. The quotes were all similar in price and recommended equipment. Jeremy led our installation process and… Read full review

Cecil, David and Brent were very professional and courteous. We were able to get our install the next day after our home visit consultation

Had a great experience with Pacific Heating & Cooling as they installed AC in my home. The crew was busy, and swift with the install, fair quotes and quick scheduling. Great service!!!!! The staff and expertise is wonderful. I've used their services for many years.

Jeremy, Austin and their crew were amazing! Knowledgeable, polite, super fast, but efficient and detail oriented. The little details ensured perfection in the set up, design and function of our new system. I'll never go anywhere except Pacific for heating and cooling 😎

The team was timely, friendly, kind, transparent, generous, knowledgeable, and professional. Pacific was able to schedule my appt in a reasonable time and prices were respectable. Joining Pacific’s heating club has helped me so much as a newer/younger homeowner without a lot of family nearby. I know I can call them.… Read full review

Excellent service and right on time Pleasant to work with and I feel like it was a good value

We got a new furnace a year ago and AC this year from Pacific. Really impressed with their install and customer service!

Cecil and his team arrived on time, were friendly, polite, courteous and professional! All team members answered any questions we had throughout the installation, and Cecil gave a thorough summary of the process, invoice, warranty and even a tutorial on how to use the new thermostat before leaving. We are very… Read full review

Good price on new heater and air conditioner, Justin did an actual heating and cooling load calculation, other company did a guesstimate. Install crew went above and beyond, there were several issues from the previous install they had to correct. They did a good job of fixing the problems and it looks great.

Very thorough and gave me ample time to ask questions. The electrician came mid way thru the install and also walked me thru the new sockets and wiring needed and even added a light to my furnace space so it is easier to work in the area. The furnace and AC unit were both tested before the crew left, and they… Read full review

Absolutely professional both in the sales (timely and thorough quote process) and installation. I was able to schedule it quickly and the crew was knowledgeable, polite, and did not cut any corners. The experience was much less painful than I expected it to be, and we are very happy with our new system.

No complaints - great service provider, always great. Will always use them.

We had our 18 year old furnace replaced and added AC. Prior to the install, the consultation of our home showed how inefficient our old furnace was and the ducting too small for the oversized furnace. The replacement is much more efficient and fits existing ducting (which is the correct size for the home). The… Read full review

Called Pacific after another company failed to diagnose the problem and wanted to charge $1600 to “maybe” solve the issue. Malachi showed up and within 5 minutes had figured out the issue and performed an inspection and fixed the problem. He provided recommendation and explained everything in detail. Tyler M, Joe B, Mike B and Austin did a great job installing our HVAC system, we are very pleased. We will recommend to our people. Thanks 👍😊 🔥🌬️❄️

These guys are super professional and always take the time to explain your repairs needed.

From the first visit through completion of install, Pacific was phenomenal. They replaced our ageing gas furnace with an electric heat pump and replaced our entire electrical distribution panel preparing our house for the future. I'd recommend them again and again.

Steve McCall very professional, informative,knowledgeable.... Great customer service, very impressed by him. Thank you so much I will definitely us this company again.

Full HVAC replacement post fire. Great team, great information and great service. So glad I chose them over other companies that play games and tell stories. They have been wonderful!👍😊🥰

The installation was handled in a very professional manor.

Steve did a great job with a review and correction of refrigerant volume and reducing the size of the air intake pipe. Also replaced our thermostat which was not controlling the heat pump correctly. Great work and explanation.

Very professional and great customer service!

Knowledgeable and friendly. Straight shooters and didn’t feel I was being up sold. Edit: we went with there solution after getting some other quotes. Very professional crew who did a great job. Cleanly installed and no haste’s at all well within the estimated timeframe.

Don't normally leave reviews, but felt our experience justified one! We are soo happy with the service we received for our AC installation. From the beginning with the sales rep TJ to the end with our installers Brent and Brenden and the electrician (didn't get his name). We felt that the company and their workers… Read full review

Very knowledgable and experienced. Very helpful and excellent communication.

I have dealt with Pacific Heating and Cooling before with my furnace that was the original furnace in a 40+ year old house. They have been helping me to baby it for the last few years. This year, I decided it was time to replace it. I got an appointment to talk about the next steps, what and if something could be… Read full review

Was super impressed at how fast they got our installation scheduled. That's pretty important when you're without heat!

We had no real heat since Sunday. Apparently our thermostat blew a fuse as well as our furnace. Malachi was able to come early - office called first to see if it was okay- immediately diagnosed the problem and was able to fix everything in less than an hour. He took the time to set our new thermostat up for the… Read full review

Absolutely the best. The Pacific Heating personnel are so good, from the receptionist to the service and sales people they treat you with professionalism and respect and the quality of their products and service is top notch.

We moved from CA to WA and the house we bought had a 5-year-old system which had never been serviced after installation. Michael P. was our technician for this our first service call today. Michael performed tune up maintenance on both the Air Conditioning and Heating system. Additionally, Michael installed and… Read full review

Today peformed AC compressor repair Always on time Always professional and friendly Would have entered 5 stars, but office had withdrawn our "membership"

I love this company. They've always taken great care of my family and I for many years. When I call in there's no BS. You talk to a person right away, no robot. Always honest, professional and experienced

Technicians (2) were both very professional but took the time to answer all our questions and explain what they were doing. From the time they arrived they both worked hard to complete their tasks. They did not leave until all questions were answered and we understood the new furnace and AC unit. I would definitely… Read full review

The Pacific Heating team was very thorough and hard working. They put in a 10 hour day installing our new furnace, a/c unit, and thermostat. The new furnace is whisper quiet and runs wonderfully. Follow up after the job was great. Nice explanation of how the new units work and general maintenance. Super satisfied!

The company itself is worth the 5-star review, but one particular service tech deserves the most praise I can give the guy. Matt Storset is not only a super nice and super competent tech, but yesterday, while cleaning up from a service call, I "caught" him outside cleaning my gutters! I couldn't believe it!
