Good price on new heater and air conditioner, Justin did an actual heating and cooling load calculation, other company did a guesstimate. Install crew went above and beyond, there were several issues from the previous install they had to correct. They did a good job of fixing the problems and it looks great.

Very thorough and gave me ample time to ask questions. Absolutely professional both in the sales (timely and thorough quote process) and installation. I was able to schedule it quickly and the crew was knowledgeable, polite, and did not cut any corners. The experience was much less painful than I expected it to be, and we are very happy with our new system.

We had our 18 year old furnace replaced and added AC. Prior to the install, the consultation of our home showed how inefficient our old furnace was and the ducting too small for the oversized furnace. From the first visit through completion of install, Pacific was phenomenal. They replaced our ageing gas furnace with an electric heat pump and replaced our entire electrical distribution panel preparing our house for the future. I'd recommend them again and again.

The installation was handled in a very professional manor.

Steve did a great job with a review and correction of refrigerant volume and reducing the size of the air intake pipe. Also replaced our thermostat which was not controlling the heat pump correctly. Great work and explanation.

The Pacific Heating team was very thorough and hard working. They put in a 10 hour day installing our new furnace, a/c unit, and thermostat. The new furnace is whisper quiet and runs wonderfully.
