We just got our new heat pump and air handler replaced. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional and personable. Today our installers Ryan and Malachi went above and beyond to do everything perfectly and keep us informed on any details. All were great to deal with from phone dispatchers, sales, and techs. Our thermostat wasn’t working correctly. With cold weather coming and a house full of company, we reached out and were answered immediately and courteously. The service agent was also warm, but jumped right in and took care of the problem. Unfortunately we still are having problems, but someone is coming quickly to correct that.
