We just got our new heat pump and air handler replaced. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional and personable. Today our installers Ryan and Malachi went above and beyond to do everything perfectly and keep us informed on any details. All were great to deal with from phone dispatchers, sales, and techs. Highly recommend.

Our thermostat wasn’t working correctly. With cold weather coming and a house full of company, we reached out and were answered immediately and courteously. The service agent was also warm, but jumped right in and took care of the problem. Unfortunately we still are having problems, but someone is coming quickly to correct that.

We chose Pacific based on reviews, word of mouth, and a good experience with TJ and Audra in sales. Sidney was an awsome tech,friendly,informative,and very qualified. Sidney explained everything she did and showed me exactly what she was doing and why. She also found an issue with my thermostat wiring which was a great find a grounded wire to the thermostat. Thanks again great employee

Very professional. Arrived right on time. Steve quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired/replaced a sequencer that had gone bad. He also discovered some wiring I had miss wired when I installed the smart thermostat and fixed that as well. I highly recommend Pacific Heating and Cooling for all your HVAC needs.

Honestly I was seriously impressed today. I expected to call and get an appointment a couple days from now, get a quote for parts, wait a couple days again, etc. Called around 3p, furnace was fixed by 5p and the tech was really cool dude I really appreciated the whole experience. Awesome!

Cody did a good job explaining things to my 88 year old mom. Everything was satisfactory. He checked everything thoroughly.

Guys came early which was a plus! Then they fixed the initial issue and rerouted the wiring so the problem wouldn’t occur again. In addition to that they were not pushy looking to upsell everything. I would recommend them to anyone looking to fix an issue and not worrying about being charged for unnecessary things.

Programming problems with thermostat solved effectively

I had them come out and repair my shoddy thermostat install and they did great. I also asked for an estimate to replace my heat pump and furnace. The estimator came promptly.
