We are Pacific and Heating customers for life. Impeccable service. Professional team. Flawless install. Incredible attention to detail. Fantastic value. Could not be more pleased.
We just got our new heat pump and air handler replaced. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional and personable. Today our installers Ryan and Malachi went above and beyond to do everything perfectly and keep us informed on any details. All were great to deal with from phone dispatchers, sales, and techs. Highly recommend.
Very friendly Very professional Very knowledgeable
Top notch work and exceptional customer service. Each worker understands the value of customer service...all very patient in explaining each step and a thorough walk through of the new system to be sure it is used correctly. The service I agreed to was completed, no surprises come installation day. Workers were…
Our thermostat wasn’t working correctly. With cold weather coming and a house full of company, we reached out and were answered immediately and courteously. The service agent was also warm, but jumped right in and took care of the problem. Unfortunately we still are having problems, but someone is coming quickly to correct that.
We chose Pacific based on reviews, word of mouth, and a good experience with TJ and Audra in sales. We received quotes from two other local companies one with same products and one with a different manufacturer. The quotes were all similar in price and recommended equipment. Jeremy led our installation process and…
Update: still happy. I have used PH&C now for annual furnace and AC maintenance and am delighted with their services. They come when they say they will. They communicate clearly and provide regular updates and, as a member of their service program, the twice annual service calls are genuinely affordable. —— My…

I did not have such a terrific experience with Pacific Heating and Cooling. We had no heat in the house and suspected the furnace or the thermostat was not working. I was told that the initial charge for a diagnostic would be $119.00 but it turned out to be $130.00 and the guy was here for only 10 minutes at the…

Norwin Chow came out to service our furnace. He explained everything step by step before he began the process. Norwin also provided me with multiple options concerning the work that needed to be done. Overall good experience!
I’ve been using them for over a decade and they make my life easier and happy.
Honestly I was seriously impressed today. I expected to call and get an appointment a couple days from now, get a quote for parts, wait a couple days again, etc. Called around 3p, furnace was fixed by 5p and the tech was really cool dude I really appreciated the whole experience. Awesome!
Cody did a good job explaining things to my 88 year old mom. Everything was satisfactory. He checked everything thoroughly.
Guys came early which was a plus! Then they fixed the initial issue and rerouted the wiring so the problem wouldn’t occur again. In addition to that they were not pushy looking to upsell everything. I would recommend them to anyone looking to fix an issue and not worrying about being charged for unnecessary things.
I have been a loyal customer for decades. I hold few businesses and services close to my heart. I had them come out and repair my shoddy thermostat install and they did great. I also asked for an estimate to replace my heat pump and furnace. The estimator came promptly. After the estimator's 2 minute walk around the house/assessment, he gave me a quote for a 4 ton heat pump and furnace. I thought this was odd…

The service agent, Landon, was excellent. He was thorough and took time to explain to us what he was doing. He answered our questions and didn't rush through the explanations. He was friendly, respectful, and on time. Pacific Heating &Cooling earned a new customer today.
The person who came out explained things to me. The sensor is not working properly so I really can’t say things were fixed yet as they have to order a new one.
