My wife and I had been looking at various ways to improve our living space Over the last ten years. Nothing really interested us or was too expensive to do. We met John from Pacific patio and we immediately felt comfortable with his ideas and vision for our sunroom. He worked with us on developing the design, and…
Pacific Patio installed my pergola, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The entire process went smoothly, and everyone who has seen it has complimented how beautiful it looks. Steve and Randall worked hard on the installation for a week, even in very hot weather. Tamara was always easy to reach and happy to…
We were very pleased with Pacific Patios performance in the demolition and construction of a new pergola in our backyard. Their staff worked efficiently and effectively to remove a wooden structure with a carefully color-matched aluminum pergola. I recommend this company. Without reservation. Jim B. In Carlsbad, CA
Great quality, great construction—love it! So thankful to have used a trusted company such as Pacific Patio. The screen room is solidly built. The finished product looks beautiful. It has quickly become my favorite space at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to enjoy their patio.
The team brought a wonderful customer experience from the initial demo, to the ceo checking in to make sure we were happy, to the invoicing and payment side of the house. Really happy with how the whole project turned out!
We needed 4 slats replaced on our aluminum patio cover. The cost was exorbitant ( $562.00 for the 4 slats). They were damaged by a worker from a previous job who paid for them. The installers from Pacific Patio had the replacement slats in place in less than 30 minutes. Office personnel was pleasant & attentive.
We had two patio covers done by Pacific Patio. Super happy with both. Everyone we've dealt with has been extremely professional. Good prices and work completed in a timely manner. Highly recommended!!!
It took a while to get the license but once the work got started it was fast and well done. I had no problems reaching out to them with any issues and they guaranted their work. After 4 prior failed attempts to keep my second floor patio from leaking I am finally not having to deal with leaks. I will be using…
A friend recommended Pacific Patio a few years ago and I hired them to put in a stamped concrete patio floor with a patio cover and ceiling fans. It's been a great investment. The team that did the original work was great, and I have loved my patio ever since. Recently, I had a minor repair issue. I reached out to…
Pacific Patio is great! From initial design and estimating to patio installation, they were very professional and wonderful to deal with. Install crew did an amazing job and took time to explain everything I had questions about. When the job was done, the install crew did the best job site clean up I have seen!…
Pacific Patio and its team are spot on when it comes to delivering what they say. I have been treated fairly, which is huge to me because I am a real estate professional & have had many jobs in the works....& fair treatment is not always the case. They built a screened porch in 2022 (during covid) & just had…
