Pacific Patio and their team of professionals are very good. It starts with Tim, he maps out the plan. Then Tamara doing all necessary things behind the scenes (document, finance, communication etc). She’s by far the best costumer service I have dealt with. She will follow up on everything about the project.…
We waited ten years to have a new patio cover installed. Pacific Patio far exceeded our expectations!! We are so happy with the work they did. They were very efficient and completed the job in 2-3 days. The new Patio Cover really upgraded the look of our back yard and we are so happy that we chose Pacifica Patio.
After getting bids from four contractors to replace our old, wood pergola at our front entrance with a new, aluminum patio cover, we decided to go with Pacific Patio. Steve, the co-owner, was most patient and thorough in accommodating our needs, including drainage and lighting, and helping us think through the…
Our new patio covers are great! Timing was good, workers were great to deal with and cleaned up after themselves. We hope to use Pacific Patio for our next project.
Excellent Company to work with from start to finish, expectations were set and exceeded, timelines were set, updates provided, outdoor roof exceeded all of my expectations and it looks awesome. I would highly recommend this company....
This is the fourth patio project that Pacific Patio has completed for me, and from start to finish, I have been beyond happy with their work. They are extremely organized, flexible with scheduling, and very clear in communicating expectations throughout the entire process. I especially appreciate that the CEO…

They transformed our unusable upstairs patio space into a sanctuary.

This is our second experience with Pacific Patio. A few years back, we had a patio cover installed for an investment property and we were happy with that. We recently added an upgraded version to our home. We are very happy with our new cathedral roof patio cover. All of our interactions from the initial…
We had Pacific Patio designed and built our patio cover and from the sales design consultant Jon to their admin staff Tamara and installers Steve assisted by Moises did an outstanding job. Our Pergola looks perfect. The Customer Service was amazing. It was done quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend Pacific Patio to all my family and friends.
Our patio cover was installed 10yrs ago and it still looks great. We just changed from concrete to pavers and needed help with a change of downspout. They had it in stock and didn’t charge me for it! Also some “plugs”. Thanks!
This was a great experience, from the initial quote, to measurements, to choice of product to completion. We now have a great looking aluminum pergola that replaced an older wood structure, and never have to worry about costly maintenance or termites again! I recommend a visit to the showroom to look at the products.
We love our new patio cover! The addition has given us a beautiful outside living space. The installation crew was professional and the work is clean.
Pacific Patio initially installed our patio cover several years ago. Since then, it had damaged during house painting and then during termite tenting. Pacific Patio completed repairs and the patio cover looks like new. Pacific Patio has always been easy to work with, responsive and produced quality work!
Pacific Patio installed a 16'x18' operable pergola. All aspects of the project were completed professionally and with a willingness to accommodate our wishes. Good communications.
It is with my pleasure to have chosen one of the best in patio cover company's. Customer service is why I commend Pacific Patio. Great product, scheduling on time and live operator with any ongoing questions. In today industry, I'd say WOW! Way beyond expected. Do not doubt your decision and consider this company one of the best!
Pacific Patio constructed a screen room in our covered patio. It consisted of 3 separate types of screen jobs that, sometimes, required 3 or 2 diffrent contractors: (1) powered roll-up screen, (2) a fixed screen wall product with door and (3) custom shaped fixed screen wall on the roofline, and even installed a pet…

Everything about the process went smoothly from the sales person, the permit process, demolition and removal of the existing structure to the construction of the sun room. Matt and his assistant were…
Pacific Patio did an outstanding job. From Mark doing the planning and getting our City permits, to JD and his crew for the outstanding installation of our patio and to Tamara for also communicating with us. We would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a patio to contact Pacific Patio.
