Pacific Rim has been maintaining my vehicles for over 20 years - and extended family the past 14 years. They’re the BEST shop in Seattle in my opinion- honest, fair, professional and competent. And if anything goes wrong they go above and beyond to address. Simply the BEST!

These guys are great. They only use OEM parts so they are a little bit more expensive than a regular shop, but way cheaper and just as good or better than going to a dealer.

Price was reasonable for all the things done to my car that needed fixing. Appreciated a package deal and also just open and honest communication from Jeremy about things that needed to be fixed now and things that could wait. I’ve always experienced high level customer service, my car repairs are done timely @ reasonable cost and my car comes back clean too! I typically need a car during the day so they have always been able to give me a loaner as well. I’m so grateful they’re in my neighborhood.
