Try walking into just about any other repair shop on a Monday without an appointment and see how that goes. What impressed me…
I had a long list of electrical issues with my car and Pacific Rim was able to diagnose and fix them all. This shop was recommended to me by a friend and I will now be recommending it to everyone I know. They were kind, communicative, and I didn’t feel like I was getting the runaround like I have when taking my car to other shops. Highly recommend!!
I love these mechanics. I've been bringing my Subaru here for a few years now since moving to Seattle. They're so friendly and helpful, easy to schedule with, and I am very happy with the quality of their work and general advice.
Great team here. Have worked on two of my 4Runners over almost 10 yrs now. I have always been happy with the service and attention to detail. Even when things haven’t gone exactly as planned, they have worked with me on a solution and been willing to be flexible with the service I needed. 6 stars!

Try walking into just about any other repair shop on a Monday without an appointment and see how that goes. What impressed me even more was that they figured out and fixed a problem that two other shops had essentially given up on. Jeremy was great to work with. Friendly, professional, and clear in his communication throughout the process. This shop is nowhere near where I live, but I'd gladly go out of my way to bring any of my vehicles here. I've been to dozens of repair shops over the years, and this is easily one of the best I've come across.

Pacific Rim Automotive has been our trusty, talented, auto care Specialist since we moved to Seattle nine years ago. As senior citizens who moved to the BIG CITY, we were at a loss for our automotive specialists in Oregon. I appreciate how straightforward they are. They always let me know what they're gonna do, how long it will take, and how much it will cost. If any of that changes, they call me. And having the option to get a loaner car from them for only $30 per visit (not per day!) is really nice.
