Wow, what a wonderful human being! I’ve met a lot of kind people, but Tony’s kindness and the way he treated me really stood out. He genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of throughout the whole experience.
When an unexpected issue came up with my car, Tony took his time figuring out exactly what was going on and made sure everything was completely fixed before returning my car to me. He was incredibly patient, honest, and reassuring the entire time.
I also want to thank his technician and the rest of the team for taking such good care of me and my car. I never felt rushed, overcharged, or like they were trying to sell me something I didn’t need. I genuinely felt cared for as a person, not just another customer.
It’s rare to find people who are this honest and genuinely kind. Thank you, Tony, for going above and beyond for me today. You definitely gained a loyal customer. ❤️
