Trust - I take my rig into the back country and all over the west coast. I need it to be reliable so I don't stress or get stranded. I know they won't be able to predict the future but have given me piece of mind that there isn't something that I am putting off that needs to be worked on.

In addition, I really appreciate their honesty and their mission to provide the best service possible with their small staff. As a former small business owner myself, I understand the complexities of running a going concern. They treat their workers well and we, the customers benefit. They are the best!

Prices can be high but the quality of inspection and information is extremely high. Great for my 16 year old subaru to figure out what maintenance is coming up.
They are also very kind and I always feel comfortable here.
