2011 Audi Q5 diagnosed and replaced a faulty steering knuckle installation. Previous shop had done a job that any amateur mechanic would have been ashamed of.

These guys are great. They only use OEM parts so they are a little bit more expensive than a regular shop, but way cheaper and just as good or better than going to a dealer.

I took my car into Pacific Rim to get it repaired. Had a few issues. The price I was quoted is what I paid. They did a terrific job. I’m very pleased. Definitely will return to them for all my future car repairs.
