I love these mechanics. I've been bringing my Subaru here for a few years now since moving to Seattle. They're so friendly and helpful, easy to schedule with, and I am very happy with the quality of their work and general advice.

I appreciate how straightforward they are. They always let me know what they're gonna do, how long it will take, and how much it will cost. If any of that changes, they call me. And having the option to get a loaner car from them for only $30 per visit (not per day!) is really nice.

The team at Pacific Rim is great! Fair pricing with upfront details given after the diagnostic work has been completed so that as a consumer, you can make an informed decision whether to move forward with work on your vehicle. The integrity and hard work of the entire team is appreciated and I know I can always rely on them for my SUV.

Been using for years. Honest and fair priced. Can’t ask for more.

They forgot to tighten all of my lug nuts after fixing my breaks. I drove all the way up to Leavenworth and felt my car shaking. I took it my car into another shop and they said my lug nuts were loose and my tire was wobbling. Pretty terrifying to think I was on a mountain pass with a tire that could have fallen off.

I've had my old (17 y.o.) Toyota repaired here more than once over the past two years. This is an outstanding auto shop.
