I love these mechanics. I've been bringing my Subaru here for a few years now since moving to Seattle. They're so friendly and helpful, easy to schedule with, and I am very happy with the quality of their work and general advice.

I appreciate how straightforward they are. They always let me know what they're gonna do, how long it will take, and how much it will cost. If any of that changes, they call me. And having the option to get a loaner car from them for only $30 per visit (not per day!) is really nice.

I drove from Tacoma to Wallingford just to use this shop. They are wonderful. They just do the work that is needed and don't try to upsell you what isn't. Their prices are fair. I am a very satisfied new customer.

This shop is easy to work with, always communicating clearly and quickly about any issues. They have fair prices and do quality work, and I trust them as stewards of my vehicle.

Pacific Rim has always provided a thorough service to keep my vehicles running smoothly. They are very honest, and back their work up in a way that is not always easy to find. They were pretty quick and did a solid job as far as I can tell but I went in for a 60k mile service and ended up paying $2300 to replace all my break pads and calipers which even one of the other employees there thought was expensive. Pacific Rim came highly recommended by a close friend who was recommended by another close friend. Just like a good fishing hole, places like this are kept between close friends, but these guys are too good to keep as a secret, everybody should know about this place!

Their work seems top quality, and compared to the dealership they are more responsive, less expensive, and less invested in upselling you. And they wash the car.

Had a great experience here! Jeremy and his team diagnosed and fixed many of my car's issues (has 200k miles on it). He addressed a windshield leak, bad brakes, heat shield, and an EVAP leak. My son’s car slid on some debris during a storm and the right wheels slammed into a curb. Extensive damage to front wheel and suspension and some damage to rear wheel. Jeremy got us right in and got the work done. Even had a mechanic ride with me to pinpoint damage.Very pleased.

Appreciated a package deal and also just open and honest communication from Jeremy about things that needed to be fixed now and things that could wait. My first time getting a repair done on a new (used) car. Jeremy was clear and communicative about their process and my options. I will be returning!

Had my car towed here after it died, they were so pleasant and answered all my questions, gave me recommendations and transparent pricing, vacuumed my car and gave the car a simple wash, I’m very very happy.

I’ve always experienced high level customer service, my car repairs are done timely @ reasonable cost and my car comes back clean too! I typically need a car during the day so they have always been able to give me a loaner as well. I’m so grateful they’re in my neighborhood.

Great communication, fast work, and they most likely prevented me from causing a wreck on I-90 with how screwed up my car was. Very upfront with the cost and I had no surprises. They also cleaned off my car before getting it back to me which was so appreciated.

My point of contact was very helpful, he described the repairs that were needed, and the repairs that were optional. The service was completed very quickly, and they even charged less than what was quoted. Car drives and sounds better than the day I bought it.

Took my Lexus here after being fed up with the low quality and expensive service at the Bellevue dealership. Saved over a grand, plus they spotted additional problems with my brakes the dealership missed. Great people here. I don't care how far I have to drive, I will be taking my car here from now on.
