The integrity and hard work of the entire team is appreciated and I know I can always rely on them for my SUV.

TL;DR: Just take it to the dealership. "Strong" sales tactics and high prices at Pacific Rim are why women fear taking their car to a mechanic. What a great group of honest, professional mechanics! I knew my pickup was going to down for a while. These folks had a car ready for me to use while they quickly and professionally repaired my truck. Great communication throughout the process! If you want to find a safe home away from the dealer service centers, then go to Pacific Rim Automotive. They are transparent, fair priced and do excellent work, while providing excellent communication along the way. My only regret is not finding them sooner.
