Pacific Rim Automotive, Inc.

The team at Pacific Rim is great! Fair pricing with upfront details given after the diagnostic work has been completed so that as a consumer, you can make an informed decision whether to move forward with work on your vehicle. The integrity and hard work of the entire team is appreciated and I know I can always rely on them for my SUV.

This shop has been servicing my vehicles for 30 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else! They take very good care of my cars. I love John, Jay and the staff.

Estimate was 100% accurate. I was called for suggested additional work which I approved. Zero hassle drop off and pickup. My car was washed and ready to go as promised. Highly recommend this business.

Pacific Rim has been maintaining my vehicles for over 20 years - and extended family the past 14 years. They’re the BEST shop in Seattle in my opinion- honest, fair, professional and competent. And if anything goes wrong they go above and beyond to address. Simply the BEST!

TL;DR: Just take it to the dealership. "Strong" sales tactics and high prices at Pacific Rim are why women fear taking their car to a mechanic. My Subaru Outback developed a strong burning smell and some smoke on startup. I chose Pacific Rim based on its strong reviews and expected a straightforward experience.… Read full review

They are priced well (a lot less than subaru dealer), very respectful, pragmatic, and communicative, and go the extra mile.

What a great group of honest, professional mechanics! I knew my pickup was going to down for a while. These folks had a car ready for me to use while they quickly and professionally repaired my truck. Great communication throughout the process! I'm already recommending them and I've found a great garage!

Elijah and Pacific Rim do a fantastic job. Thumbs up!

Pacific Rim has always provided a thorough service to keep my vehicles running smoothly. They are very honest, and back their work up in a way that is not always easy to find. I have also found them to have timely, professional, and friendly communication with customers. Really appreciate this shop and all the hard work they do!

If you want to find a safe home away from the dealer service centers, then go to Pacific Rim Automotive. They are transparent, fair priced and do excellent work, while providing excellent communication along the way. My only regret is not finding them sooner.

Pacific rim automotive is the best car servicing business I have ever come across. They don't recommend work unless it is necessary, they guarantee their work. On the two occasions I have utilized their services, they have come in under bid. While it is not difficult to perform better service than Honda of Seattle,… Read full review

These guys are great. We've taken our cars to them for years. The service is honest and friendly, and they keep our cars in top shape and running forever. My Element is 20 years old and runs like a top.

Honest and Superior Service.

Love Pacific Rim. They always give straightforward advice. We’ve been servicing our car there for years.

Great service and great price. Thanks!

Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff

Both my mother and I have been going to Pacific Rim for years and they always take great care of us. They are one of the few places that will be honest about your car. I’ve never had unnecessary services added to my bill. The service is quick and the staff is friendly. I love that they will wash my car after every… Read full review

I have been taking my cars to Pacific Rim for over 25 years, get my oil changed and they can tell me what is coming up for service. Love these guys!

I have great confidence in Pacific Rim. They have done a fair amount of work in my 10 -year old Outback and it has all gone well. Two thumbs up

So helpful. Such good diagnosticians.

I've been going here for almost 4 years, they've always done a great job for the two cars I've brought in. Friendly and responsive team and fantastic service. Will continue to come here for all car needs going forward.

Love the guys at Pacific Rim. They have been my mechanics for 25 years because they’re skilled and ethical. The fact that they provide loaner vehicles is a wonderful bonus.

Very professional and fast service. Friendly staff. Would recommend.

Brought my high-mileage truck here for some quite involved engine work. I prefer to do my own vehicle work, but situations lead me to find a shop I could trust. I had a number of questions about the work that I wanted done, and the tech/manager I was dealing with took a good amount of time to provide answers, and… Read full review

I've had my old (17 y.o.) Toyota repaired here more than once over the past two years. This is an outstanding auto shop. They are extremely kind, and will be very honest about what needs to be done and what doesn't, what my options are and what their costs are, with good explanations for each. I am not a car… Read full review

Took my Lexus here after being fed up with the low quality and expensive service at the Bellevue dealership. Saved over a grand, plus they spotted additional problems with my brakes the dealership missed. Great people here. I don't care how far I have to drive, I will be taking my car here from now on.

Pacific Rim was great. I brought in my 2011 BMW 328i xDrive and they performed several services on it. All of the services seemed to have been done correctly and my car drives much better now.( update, after a month while my brakes do feel better than before in terms of reduced vibration on deceleration, there is a… Read full review
