I love these mechanics. I've been bringing my Subaru here for a few years now since moving to Seattle. They're so friendly and helpful, easy to schedule with, and I am very happy with the quality of their work and general advice.

I appreciate how straightforward they are. They always let me know what they're gonna do, how long it will take, and how much it will cost. If any of that changes, they call me. And having the option to get a loaner car from them for only $30 per visit (not per day!) is really nice.

We've used Pacific Rim Auto for years to service our Subaru Outback, including a full engine replacement. They have earned our trust for their knowledge and fair recommendations to keep our car running well.

The team at Pacific Rim is great! Fair pricing with upfront details given after the diagnostic work has been completed so that as a consumer, you can make an informed decision whether to move forward with work on your vehicle. We take all of our family's vehicles to Pacific Rim for routine service and repairs. The staff is friendly and always upfront about what needs (and does not need) to be done. I appreciate their clear communication and reasonable approach to keeping our vehicles running well.

This is the second shop I’ve taken my high mileage 2001 Tacoma to, and I don’t need to look any further! Have had great experiences with Pacific Rim and very satisfied with the work they’ve done so far (clutch, starter, etc). Very professional and friendly as well.

Incredible service! I had to have my car towed there to get some major repairs. They communicated with me every step of the way and fixed my car in just a few hours. It’s a little far from where I live, but absolutely worth coming back.
